One thing: When you are german the game automaticly changes the language to german and also the nations are in german. So if a german edits the normal default map and publishes as a scenario and forgets to change all the names they stay in german

The reason for France having Russian territory in weird spots is actually because of the Russia civil war.the allies (UK,US France) invaded regions to get more supplies for the Russian empire (obviously it didn't work) but now u know why France has vladiostok and northern Russia.
