What if Frieza Beat Goku and Vegeta in Ressurection F and chose Cooler for the Tournament of Power?

If Goku was defeated in Res F There'd never be a Tournament of Power because he wouldnt have gone off and goofed around with the supereme dieties of the Dragon Ball universe :p

yeah but he wasnt killed so basically nothing would have changed between the end of RoF and the start of the universal survival arc (since frieza isn't dead)
