What if all of Korean, Manchukuo, Menkuko territories are Japanese national cores and annexed by Japan (before annexing complete all industrial focuses for Japanese satellites). It'll be about +40m manpower and some resources by industry.

Manchuria at the time had a population of about 50 million and Korea 24 million... The semi independent regions / military didn't have much power they had like at peak strength 250k men in 1945 and in 1939/ 1940 they had like 100k men, the game makers seam to have made Japanese forces in Manchuria part of its pupets, but were in reality Japanese.
