Idea for the civilisation video - languages, basically each place has a language like the yellow country and the breakaways have one, the green ones etc, so conquering land causes little problems once it’s taken, also multi ethnic states like Korea has little cliques within its own country that all speak different languages and stuff like that (just a suggestion if it’s too complicated idm)
