Some details that came up from what I remembered: 1. Japan invaded India and created a puppet state called "Azad Hind" (Free India), but it only controlled the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and parts of the eastern area in India. 2. Iraq and Iran (I think) were in the axis, but only for a short time and were invaded by Britain and the USSR 3. There was a non-aggression pact between Japan and the USSR, but we can just say that it'll be broken in such a scenario as here 4. Japan already had American Territory at the first years of WW2 (1939-1940/1941) occupied, like Guam, Philippines and some islands in Alaska (Attu & Kiska)

Just for your information, the reason NI isn't part of Ireland is because the NI people don't want it. In the peace treaty in 1921 the borders were drawn, between the loyalists and republican parts of Ireland. Even after the peace deal, republican's, who wanted full independence for Ireland were brutally killed in NI. In the peace deal it was said that there was allowed to be a vote if the people in NI wanted to be part of the republic, but if it wasn't passed there wouldn't be allowed be a vote for around 15-20 years. Hope this helps, if you even see it.

I know you aren't a history expert, and that's okay obviously. You still did really good. However, I just want to point out some inaccuracies, even if this is alternate history. You're missing many British colonies in west africa. When Germany invaded Czechoslovakia, Germany allowed Poland to get a small part of it after the Munich Agreement and First Vienna Award. Speaking of the First Vienna Award, Hungary annexed southern Slovakia and carpathian ruthenia. The Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact was officially a non-aggression pact between Germany and the USSR. The pact also outlined each country's sphere of influence in eastern europe, dividing Poland, Germany getting Lithuania (given to the Soviets in exchange for more land in Poland), USSR getting Latvia and Estonia, Bessarabia, and Finland. Most people pronounce Vichy "Vi-shee", but I think your pronunciation is fine. Vichy France did originally have control over french colonies, since, legally, Vichy France was now the French government. They also technically formally remained at war with Germany. Vichy France is also formally called the French State, but of course calling it Vichy France is fine. French colonies only became part of free france when they swore allegiance to them, some of which did almost immediately following the establishment of Vichy France. Germany also annexed alsace-lorraine and luxembourg after the fall of France, those parts were not simply occupied, at least in German eyes. They were fully integrated into the German state. Iceland wasn't relinquished to the UK, the UK occupied it to keep it from getting into German hands. The same goes for Greenland, but the US occupied instead. Hungary and Romania joined the Axis shortly after the fall of France and a month after the Greco-Italian war. The Greco-Italian war started before the fall of Yugoslavia. Yugoslavia actually joined the Axis for 3 days but left after a coup. The Italian invasion of Greece did not go well for Italy, Greece even invaded Albania. It only went in the direction of Italy when Germany joined. You got this right I just thought I'd point it out. Sweden played both sides to maintain neutrality. It gave Iron to Germany, and I believe also helped the allies.

4:43 the small thing that you colored was danzig which was on polands side. 7:26 norway was a reichskommissariat so it was something like puppet but it was not a country its something like poland or the "general government" its not independent but its not annexed by germany and denmark was only military occupied. 10:01 all french colonies western of chad were under vichy france including madagascar i think so italy wasnt losing ground from the west in lybia. 13:12 its pronounced like vishee france. btw nice video
