I think I may have a interesting idea for a what if scenario. What if the Autobots and Decepticons from Transformers were in Infinity War or Endgame. I think 2 big factors that could contribute to both sides are they have powerful leaders in the form of Optimus Prime and Megatron. Then we have powerful generals like Bumblebee and Starscream. This could be a really great story for a scenario that hasn't been suggested before.

Honestly, I think that how Godzilla/Gojira would be in the Marvel Cinematic Universe would be going pretty much how it did when he actually had his two runs in the Marvel Comics Universe. Moreover, thanks to those appearances, it would make Marvel have its second sentai type robot, namely, Red Ronin, with the first one being the Japanese live-action Spider-Man having Leopardon, though if someone wanted to have the full Go Rangers/Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers homage, then they could have a temporarily displaced Spider-Man from that Japanese live-action Spider-Man series serve as a stand-in for the White Ranger, and the two robots could fuse together into an even more powerful robot. Red Ronin also was used against other gigantic foes of The Avengers as well.

Godzilla isn't a bad guy. In the monsterverse, he purposefully dodged aircraft carriers and only walked through the golden gate bridge when he was shot through it. He would be a good guy in the MCU. I imagine he would just be interested in preserving balance on Earth, stopping various threats like Thanos.

Goji was a force of nature whose actions we benefitted from. He wasn't actively on our side in any of his conflicts. The ones solidly on our side would be Kong and Mothra. Goji never really cared one way or another. Good or bad doesn't really apply since he was more neutral. Even during GvK when he was rampaging, it wasn't really us he was targeting. Apex kept turning Mecha-G on and Godzilla sensed it. Doesn't help that Mecha-G was basically a metal suit they stuffed Ghidorah into (in a manner of speaking) because his spirit was more or less locked in the skull they were using. I'm still curious what was going through his head when he took notice of five specific people over the course of the MonsterVerse (Ford, Serizawa, Mark, Jia, and Kate from Monarch Legacy of Monsters) but overall, we're as ants to him and not worth his notice.

I think that strategy of Thanos would have back fired on Thanos since the Infinity Stones would have probably fed Godzilla and even evolved Godzilla enough to no that the humans were in a way fighting for Survival against Thanos and his Army so the mind Control even with the mind stone wouldn't neccessarily be enough for long enough for what Thanos would need.
