As far as DC hero's go wonder woman superman flash green lantern marten man hunter Raven Dr fate Zetana would be above him in power. Hes also more of a brawler then a real marital artist based on how fighting actually works so id put batman black canary and wander woman above him in skill too. TO clarify I'm not saying hes weak im saying the Full power justice league are broken. I don't think Goku offense much help against a lot of there world ending threats at least not the big hitters like Darkside. Luckily Goku does not have giant weaknesses like other characters so he really just needs to avoid superman level enemies and anyone with magic or speedforce other then that he can take a lot of villains down.
