It would have been cool if you made something else happen, I’ve said this to another what if youtuber but what ever, now a power level of 1 is really weak even on human lvl of dbz he was a low class saiyan for sure but if goku was born with god ki the scouters wouldn’t be able to see his power lvl either they would say 0 which would confuse them on how goku is even living and make him the ultimate disgrace to the saiyan race and king vegeta might step in and do something about him, or the scouted wouldn’t show anything at all, they wouldn’t know if goku is so weak the scouter can’t scan him since nothing is there or if he’s so strong the scouters can’t read his power, either way king vegeta would still step in, either getting rid of a saiyan with so low of a power that the scouters can’t read it since he’s a disgrace, or he would get rid of goku because the man is entitled as hell and wants his son to be the strongest of the next generation of saiyans
