Thing is, Henry IS in the right’s, well the Joey he’s seeing is a memory of him it’s still Joey, being a memory of someone means YOUR that person even if the personalities are different. memory!Joey can also be interpreted as ghost!Joey since Joey’s died but he still has some sort of life. And even if memory!Joey apologized, don’t you think it’s too late? Decades have passed while Henry was still in the studio and Joey has never thought to like send Henry a message saying “I’m sorry.” To Henry while he was in the studio. And when he became a memory he could have easily went to Henry to say sorry but yet only now does he say sorry. And another thing to mention is how unforgivable the things Joey did to Henry, Joey tortured Henry both physically and mentally and ONLY decided to help him when Allison was there, can you imagine how bad the cycle was before Allison? It must have been 100% times worse then the cycle with Allison and that’s already bad itself… and the reason why he did all of these things was because Henry LEFT, all of that just because he couldn’t be mentally strong and accept it was HIS fault not Henry but HIS. So yeah Henry’s 100% in the right’s of being mad at memory!Joey

Basically joey is jealous of Henry that he has a family But not him so he wanted create a mess and doing like you said as unforgivable things he did to workers and created cartoons to Life basically why he does it that bc he want bendy come to life but failed experiment came. He locked bendy for several years like 30 years bc that bendy is a failure one but it made crazy and insane like ink demon telled to joey while audrey and ink demon became beast bendy he said "failure of joey drew" means joey drew failed as a uncle or a owner thats how joey planning to have an child that it must be something real. And well he did . And that day when ink demon showed up he killed every workers and joey drew and wally franks escaped the Studio and it shuted down for eternity, a letter came that Henry should go back in Studio after 30 years of spending time with his wife called Linda , well joey drew send him back to Studio idk why he does it but he want Henry to come back to succesful hes Plan that Henry also should be here for eternity the souls cannot escape anymore they stuck in the cycle forever no matter they try for cycle breaker its no hope like Henry escaped 414 times secret massage (dad) wich means Henry created bendy and draw bendy,boris,alice, that you hear alice called joey uncle wich means the cartoons called henry dad thats how joey began jealousy and created such a brutal mess to the death.
