The problem with us human is we always feel inadequate, not good enough with our deeds, and we cant imagine how vast is the mercy of Allah when we repent...😢..because our thots & beliefs are limited...hence the thots of us going to hell fire (nauzubillah). Useless to get all hopeless about predestination/ qadr. You are destined to get hungry again…are you going to stop eating? No. You are destined to have dirty underwear are you going to stop doing laundry? Yeah right So focus on good deeds, repent for sins, and leave the decree to God.

Great logic but endpoints such as heaven and hell are different with something you still can change *when you already reached that destination itself* . You are destined to go to hell, you repent and do good deeds but if it is the destination, then it is how it will end, and when you are already in there, it is no use to repent, etc Or, what is the use of predestination itself anyway? When a driver has a predestination yet he still has an infinite possibility to drive to different places and paths, and choose a diff destiny.. Possible, but what is the use of it? Or is it just another test--mental side quest for the believer??

@@NiTeLightYears I'd like to share something with you. Imagine there are two paths to walk - one leads to a particular destination and the other takes you to a different place. It's entirely up to you which one you choose. You cannot expect to reach the destination of your choice if you take the wrong path. However, our beloved Allah (Subhan wa ta’ala) being the All-Wise, already knows which path you will take. Through His infinite mercy and compassion (Ar Raheem), He has given us the opportunities to change our paths if we ever find ourselves heading towards the wrong destination. If you are currently on a path that may lead you towards the Hellfire, it's not because Allah (Subhan wa ta’ala) has written it for you, but rather because of your choices. But don't lose hope. You can always change your path, and Allah (Subhan wa ta’ala) being the All-Wise already knows whether you will make that change or not. He knows all the possible outcomes of our existence and also knows which one we will choose. Everything is written based on what we choose and not the other way around. May Allah (Subhan wa ta’ala) grant us understanding and guide us on the path towards success and happiness. Ameen.

When i hear this teaching, i think of how many times Allah says in the Quran that there are those who will understand and believe and those who will not, by his decree. Among the believers, only those who refuse it will miss jannah inshaallah ❤

We can’t question the Qadir pre destination this concept in Islam which is hard for us human who don’t and can’t know the future so the best course of action is to submit to Islam,repent and do good deed and make Daus that we are the people of Jannah

Think of it this way: Allah already know how you will live your life and what deeds you will do and that is what is written in your Qadr. You are not being forced to make a certain choice but because Allah already know what choice you will make, it is part of what is written for you.

So from my understanding of this khutbah, yes. While it may be predetermined that we’ll go to hell, we still have the chance to do righteous deeds to change our outcome since we have free will. Allah is the most merciful, he’s our friend, and he loves us.

Basically Allah Swt knew what we would do- that is predestination. Allah didn't make us do bad deeds thats us, but He knew what we would do beforehand good or bad. So essentially it's is on us which path we take, so we have to strive hard and do good so we can all enter Jannatul Firdous In'shaa'Allah Ameen

First off, Dua changes qadr according to sahih hadiths, so let's not forget that first And Allah already knows what youll do. Thus Allah already knows your outcome. How you act now is the result then. Get it?

The people thar predestined for hell are the hypocrite that has chosen not to believe Allah swt knows their choices and he wrote it in Al Law7 Al Ma7fuz, Allah swt exist beyond time and space so our choices are already known to him all our life is; believers and non believers

Whether we go to hell or heaven is based on our deeds so avoid being a self fulfilling prophecy. Thinking we are destined for hell so we sin becoming the people of hell. God isnt unjust, he wont punish us for no reason. The system isnt rigged against us hence "we all go to heaven except those who refuse heaven". Good deeds are what matters so we have to think positive, this makes sense as its also mentioned think good of god and god doesnt abandon us, he is what he believe him to be. So god told us he is merciful and loves to forgive hence we need to seek forgiveness and expect good things from god.
