The reason why the light is going through so many yellow tinted glass easily, is because it essentially filters out the blue part of the light, so that everything else is simply going through, and the next tinted glass doesn't do much because there's not much blue light to filter out left. The rgb tinted glasses filter out every color of the white light separately, so it's going dark pretty quickly
