Thank you for putting this video and your wisdom into the world! For me, meditation, pranayama and some types of yoga are the practices that help me better feel the connection between mind, body and spirit. I find other forms of movement helpful too, but I tend to be more in one of the three dimensions - sometimes body, sometimes mind, rarely spirit - if the practice is too fast-paced or strenuous.
