Unfortunately, Itachi was too much of a narcissist for this to happen. He had a golden opportunity to avoid this and expose Danzo after Shisui's murder. But Itachi wanted to kill his parents and traumatize his brother, to make him "stronger" Thanks for this video though. It's a nice change of scenery

You all never get tired of trying to rewrite Itachi's story. Kishi already tried to do it before finishing the first part of Naruto and left many plot holes. Itachi was initially written to be a final boss. He is a genocidal maniac who cold-bloodedly killed babies, children, and the elderly, without caring at all. He killed his parents, messed with his brother's mind twice, left a bunch of eyes for Danzo, collaborated with Akatsuki, and didn't help with anything except against Kabuto. You really have to be out of your mind to be a fan of a character like that.

Jiraiya would have known about Hidan and Kakuzu's immortality, since Itachi saw them, and would have then told Kakashi, but the latter knew nothing of this. Furthermore Jiraiya literally tells Kakashi that he doesn't know the abilities or names of the Akatsuki members, which wouldn't have happened with Itachi's information. You don't know anything about the manga, don't post any theories. We know that Itachi was on Konoha's side, but we don't know if he was also a spy.

0:36 from here it’s not accurate imo. The coup was too close. Danzo with root would have aimed to execute a plan to kill Fugaku and hiruzen would have tried for diplomacy which would have looked like hiruzen was gonna give in and danzo behind his back kills fugaku when he lets his guard down. This sets off much infighting in the Uchiha as Itachi and hiruzen try to settle things. Itachi is branded as a traitor to his clan. Some go with Itachi. As a civil war breaks out, when the Uchiha are ready to avenge fukagu, Obito”Madara” reveals himself to the rebel Uchiha. He goes against Itachi in a battle for clan leadership and beats him. But allows him to live cuz he pledged allegiance. Then kills hiruzen. Orochimaru becomes Hokage….

Here we need to give some specifics: 1 Orochimaru defeated Hiruzen because he used both Tobirama and Hashirama against him (they weren't in the prime, but they were still a very good support) together, if he had faced it alone he would have lost. 2 it is said in the manga itself that that Itachi is weaker than jiraiya (orochimaru is slightly stronger than jiraiya and jiraiya surpasses orochimaru only with sage mode), and orochimaru says that itachi became stronger than him at that time (i.e. with sealed hands). 3 we see that orochimaru is weak against phantom arts, but he could dissolve them with Kai. No, Itachi wouldn't be able to destroy the village alone. What does fugaku have to do with it? The topic was shisui and itachi from the video: but the first is dead and there is only the second. Fugaku and Shisui vs Orochimaru win: we know that the strongest uchiha is shisui and that fugaku was greatly feared by itachi (in itachi's novel we know that fugaku was close to minato in level).
