If Bobby had chosen not to target Daniel's leg, it would all depend on whether or not he won. If he won, Kreese would have words with him, but let it go. If he lost, Kreese would kick him out for "disobeying orders", but Bobby was so put off by being ordered to intentionally injure Daniel that I don't think he would have stayed in Cobra Kai after All Valley, regardless of the outcome.
