I can’t help thinking, (1) evil as she is, I don’t see Sensei Kim leaving her grandfather permanently (presumably, she only worked with Silver temporarily, up to the Sekai Taikai); (2) if anything, Sensei Kim would join Kyler and Co. (or at least not stand up for Miguel), and possibly just watch and then offer to teach them instead. (After all, Sensei Kim, like Kreese, despises weakness and weaklings.)
