It wasn’t the stats that won Nash his MVP. It was the fact his team was a lottery team when he didn’t play. Litterally they were like 0-9 without Nash that season. The year before he came to the suns they were trash and the year after he came they were a 50 plus win team. It’s clear he was incredibly valuable to his team.

Korzemba I know it will be too soon after doing this rebuild but you should do a Lakers rebuild for the 2018 and 2019 free agents (or maybe even 2 videos) in a scenario where Lebron joins the 76ers, it would be a mix of «would Lebron regret not joining the Lakers?» and «can the Lakers return without Lebron?» NOTE: personally I don't hink Lebron is a absolute must for the Lakers, especially now that the Spurs did that to Kawhi looking at the Lakers needs and players that can potentialy go into free agency the 2 most interesting in 2018 would be Kawhi and D.Cousins I don't know every player that will end contract this or the next season, but I do know that Porzingis has contract until 2019 and with all the things that went on at the start of the season with him staying quiet about re-signing or not and his brother pretty much declaring «we will stay if the Knicks front office makes some moves to get my brother some help to compete for the east», so far nothing really has been done and the Knicks being the Knicks it is unlikely anything will happen, the reason I believe it would be ideal for the Lakers and Porzingis that this happens is because he his as old as Kuzma and that would mean a 4 man unit for the Lakers that could play together for the next 10~12 years and potentially becoming a dynasty this means Porzingis would get the help he wants and additionally this move would help to protect him from injuries, I've recently heard some guys on shows as well as former players say that the hardest for young big guys in the league, especially young european bigs, is the physicality because it brings a lot of bruises, small injuries, etc... that eventually cause sore arms and legs and loss of movement earlier down the stretch (this is what they said), to avoid that Porzingis needs someone else that wont be afraid of taking the shots and will pull some of the pressure off of him, and that is why the Lakers would be ideal because they don't have just 1 but 3 players that can do that and they are all as young as him
