This is up there with "what if Frieza turned good" for me. It's one of my favorite what if scenarios. It reminds me of Dragon Ball when Goku and Krillin were actually challenging each other. It seems like it started from the time that Raditz showed up, and we learned about aliens in DB. From there on Krillin seemed to have plateaued, along with the other earthlings, in terms of personal growth. Which then, because of that, they become less represented, or that we don't get to see hardly ever now. Honestly it feels like the adventures of Goku and Vegeta at this point. That's another reason I'm psyched for Dragon Ball Super Super Hero.

Yes. What if Launch was a saiyan or half-saiyan and didn't know it? And when she sneezed and turned blonde...she was actually going Super Saiyan. A mutation/quirk, or possibly the result of the adrenal response from allergies. Her alternate personality being a manifestation of her saiyan side. But, living as a human, with no martial arts training, her base power was only 1. So it just buffed her up to 50. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

What if Bulma gave the Android remote to Tien instead of Krillin? Seems like a lot of possibilities. Especially if 16 has that bomb in his body that he thought could destroy Cell. Imagine if Tien hit that button while Vegeta & Trunks were fighting Semi Perfect Cell and because of 16's chain reaction, everyone including Tien was wiped out? How would that drastically change the story going into the 7 years of peace time & Buu Saga? Goku didn't perish, Gohan would still be near SSJ2, Vegeta might go full villain, maybe Trunks decides to stick around for a couple of years until the heat dies down. That's just one possibility. I mean, 18 could be the only one wiped out by the remote and major things could still differ.

How would Vegeta go full villain? He would have no reason to since Goku is alive and he could settle their rivalry whenever they wanted. Vegeta became a Majin because he only had one day to fight Goku, as well as giving in to Babidi's magic in hopes of it making him stronger after noticing how strong Goku had gotten after he effortlessly took down Yakon.

@@DarthSanguine You know, I was waiting for this answer. Surprised it took 2 months. But here's what I have to say. Masako's What If series always acts as if the remote blows them up and most of the fandom still think they would've been blown up anyway, so it works. Even if deactivation is canon, the anime is weird then because Krillin freaks out about shutting 18 temporarily off for no reason and crushes the remote for no reason. Idk how the manga handles it though. And finally, if they're deactivated and immoble, they can still get blown up by any number of factors. So the scenario is stil possible.

This is the second time you've had a What If just skip right to Perfect Cell by absorbing more than one of the androids at a time and I was about to call foul until I realized that he is made of Namekian cells. He could easily use the Body Expansion technique to make himself big enough to hoover up three human-sized cyborgs in one go.

For her looks make Fused 18 should twice as tall, muscular, busty, than the two counterparts fusees and they have a mixture of her iconic garb. And if this happens before Maron is born then 18 and Krillin's daughter will have potential far surpassing her dad. Especially if she gets Super Saiyan. And here is what Krillin would think if this happens: "I am either the luckiest guy in the universe, or the most screwed, and not in the fun way". Imagine how strong their daughter will be and also how lucky Krillin would be if they do hookup. Their would be earthquakes felt all they way in West City and all they way to Kami's Lookout if you get what I am Saiyan. But it would also be a boon for the good guys as they have a powerful ally.

I can only see one way out of this… learning Forced Spirit Fission. Plausible, though, if Goku thinks to talk to the Yardrats, Krillin stalls Cell by telling him he has power but no purpose, and Gohan turns out to be a prodigy at learning FSF (facts, given the actual events of his fight with Cell).
