For one thing, Kakashi wouldn't have had a Sharingan, or at least he wouldn't have Kamui, if Madara hooks him up with a different Sharingan. The spamming of Kamui was one of the main reasons that Obito was so broken, so Kakashi would make for a different kind of villain who would need a different way/style of fighting. He would still be a skilled genius but he wouldn't have the chakra or hax to be nearly as broken of a Tobi.

@Dragger-gamerr-yt Keep in mind that Kakashi is not a Uchiha or Uzumaki or Senju or any special clan, so he wouldn't benefit from it as much as Obito Did, but it would still give him some regenerative ability, maybe increased lifespan, and perhaps an increase of chakra. It would help him if he acquired a Sharingan at some point, otherwise, best case scenario he would get Wood Style, maybe, but closer to Yamato's level rather than Hashirama's.
