Am I crazy or does Whitebeard get executed at the start? Not to mention how Luffy would even be born from two entirely differnt parents. Ace's backstory is also a lot different without Luffy so that could potentially make a difference in the story. Also Crocodile would still likely be at Marineford because the Alabasta arc never happened, so he never gets his title revoked. Ennies lobby is also a huge plotpoint here, no strawhats means the government gets their hands on the blueprints of Pluton, and maybe also Nico Robin. The navy gets a huge boost in power with that.
