Just a suggestion to put out there, perhaps, in some of your future "What if" stories, you include how Rey and/or Finn enter into the "What If" stories at a later time in the story, cause I assume Palpatine had a child by the time of most of these stories that are during the events of the first three episodes/clone wars series, which would later result in Rey being born. Just a suggestion mind you, not a demand.

One idea I would like to suggest for a "What If" Story: "What If Anakin Skywalker Joined An Underground Racing Organization" A sort of The Fast and the Furious meets Star Wars idea. Perhaps a scenario where Anakin's first assignment wasn't to protect Padme, but to become an agent on the inside of a Racing Organization that had ties to someone the Jedi Order wanted to bring to justice or something. You could fiddle way more with the idea in your own way if you like. Just a suggestion that I feel Anakin could fit in the role of, because of his past Pod Racing victory in episode one.

Often one of the major failings of SW what ifs is that they repetitively underestimate Palpatine's intelligence or make it absurdly easy to defeat him. I enjoy Pente's content, but he definitely falls into that trap with his videos.

This one was really bittersweet. While I love all What Ifs in which Anakin stays in the light, having Artoo almost die and Obi-Wan actually die was sad. Also, it's weird the Jedi assassinated Palpatine. Windu wanting the Sith to end is one thing, but planning to kill Palpatine prior to knowing he was the Sith master doesn't feel right. Still loved the story though. That's what What Ifs are for, exploring alternate scenarios or behaviors/choices made by the characters. Cheers from France! 🍻

Great video as always. Here’s a what if idea, since I haven’t found a video that covered it so far… What if the Jedi hired Cad Bane? Like, during their interrogation with him, I always thought “why couldn’t they just offer to pay him higher to have him cooperate” before realizing that the Jedi probably don’t deal with Bounty Hunters that way, and they probably couldn’t afford to anyhow - especially with how wealthy Sidious is. So maybe they could hire Cad before Sidious would hire him somehow.
