This would've been such a powerful message. If you keep trying to please your toxic family and keep feeding into their toxicity, you'll eventually break. There's no fixing that. All they had to do was stand up to Abuela, which seems like such a small thing but in reality, it's standing up to generations of passed down trauma. And it rarely ends well. Just like with Mirabel. Loved this so much 💞
