A lot of thing can be different. I feel ninja tech would already be more evolved in konoha due to the fact that naruto as the rennegan for a while. So it's more likely that they would try to mimic rennegan powers before. Sasuke might be stronger since he would train to get rennegan or more power closer to renningan Konohamaru too would be stronger for the same reason If there's no ninja alliance like now. Naruto would be less busy and would have more time to train boruto and also Himawari would be train as a ninja + all genin would have more incintive to train harder as ninja s Naruto with the sage mode + rennegan would have seen momoshiki s spirit the same way sasuke saw what happen to boruto in the normal time line. Thus boruto might already awaken joogan in front of naruto. Boruto might have a better relation with naruto. His gentle fist training would be way more advanced. He would have rasengan and would be training under hiashi or and sasuke for lightning release and byakugan type taijutsu. Mituski would still exist there s no reason why he wouldn't

I believe boruto wouldn’t chase Koji and would be in a completey stunned seeing his “big bro” burning as well as experiencing a death for the first time. Then about 5 days post the mission debriefing sasuke would notice boruto walking around the leaf village under weight and depressed and would get him back into shape physically and mentally leading to Boruto learning rasengan as well as a few fire style jutsu. As for wind style Naruto would gift Boruto with a ninja sword forged by the samurai in the Land of iron that enhances the strength of all wind style jutsu that is produced from the sword. Naruto gifts Boruto with the weapon to show even though he can’t always be there he will always be thinking about him. Sasuke teaches Boruto how to use the sword then the two of them will take a hiatus from the training to go on missions and investigate Kara separately etc.
