you gotta realise that I can see how many people have finished watching a video. I try to allow people to catch up with the previous parts before posting the next one. if I see 20 people have completed the previous one, but 5000 others are waiting for a new one, should I post for 20 people or for 5000. of course I will complete them, but what's the point if people aren't caught up or aren't interested in the previous one. even if I eventually see ok many people still haven't caught up I will just post the next part eventually anyways
