Isshiki’s dojutsu, for better or worse, is one of the most mysterious Dojutsu in all of Naruto, second only to the Jogan. Despite not being hyped up quite as much, we know it is powerful, and thus must be equally powered when compared to the Jogan, simply because it is owned currently by Kawaki, who is set to be the opposite to Boruto. And according to the laws of equals and opposites, for the story to really have any form of thrill to it, this dojutsu must be considerable to the Jogan. Still, it remains mysterious. Ironically, further cementing the law of equals and opposites between Boruto and Kawaki, while Boruto’s eye maintains mysteriousness by being named but never seen, at least so far in canon, Isshiki’s Dojutsu is the direct opposite, being seen but never named. Now, as with all concepts within the Naruto world, I like to play around with it in my mind and see where it takes us. So, for this what if, I plan to take this mysterious new ability and give it to Naruto, just to see where in the world this will take him. Considering it is a rather hax ability with limited stamina drain, I have high expectations for where it will take Naruto.

After learning the rasengan Naruto could have started storing ready made attacks in stasis so he could have a near unlimited amount of battle ready jutsu at all times. In fact he probably could have used that to catch Obito off guard. Give Obito a full fight of Naruto charging his attacks before use only to have them start coming out of nowhere and at full strength while he is tired. Fully charged tailed beast bombs made by the full Kurama avatar just popping into existence mid fight would be enough to catch anyone off guard.

False, in the manga kawaki did CLEARLY said to boruto he did seal naruto and hinata using "daikokuten" (showing one of these cube to him) a dimension where time doesn't flow and also one of isshiki's eye ability. Isshiki himself (not using jigen body and the karma) was able to open space time portal as well so it's safe to assume that's one of his eye ability. His shrinking ability does not affect living things yes but that doesn't mean the others won't work.

The 9 tails and Pain fight would've differed greatly, though in Naruto"s favor. The 9 tails be casually chilling and only mentioned once too. On another note, Obito would still have the seal on his heart with no one to pierce him, and he might also lend the ranged Kamui to Madara since it couldn't affect him directly.

You might have to do a part 2! Even kawki didn’t have or can’t use all of his abilities. Even boruto can’t use his eye much yet. They are older, have karma seal, and have way more chakra than Naruto and way smarter! So it make sense if he unlock his abilities later in the story. Quick correction: The visual prowess actually has to be trained significantly in order for it to have eight spokes. Kawaki, when he first obtained it, had only one spoke, unlike Isshiki who had eight, meaning it needs to be trained.

What if the tailed beasts were sent to another world by the sage of six paths? More accurately what if they were sent to the world of avatar, one piece, Dragon ball, or some similar world? Would they be used and abused like in Naruto or would they run wild and rec havoc on this new world? Would anyone even survive if they did? They could also be what they were always meant to be guardians and keepers of peace.
