Great story. Even better than what I wrote. I would suggest this. Here Naruto has a brother and sister, but no one is left behind and no one will suffer. Instead he and his twins will be the new sannin. In this story Minato is an Uchiha not recognized by his father and therefore will go to an orphanage with the surname Namikaze (his mother was killed so as not to create a scandal). He unlocked the sharingan and mangekyou during the war (Obito), but he doesn't particularly like most of the Uchiha because he sees them all as arrogant as his father. So he hid from many who he really is. He and his children and grandchildren lack the hatred, arrogance, and conceit of the Uchiha. The triplets will have family love as a happy family. Kushina is Hashirama Senju's great-granddaughter and Tsunade is her aunt (Tsunade has a sister who marries Kushina's father who is a Uzumaki). Now what changes is that Tsunade hasn't left Konoha yet because Kushina is there. When the children are born and Obito has freed Kyubi, Minato sacrifices himself but Kushina doesn't die because Tsunade heals her. Now that Minato is dead, Kushina is terrified for her children because she knows she can't protect them and before the council meets, she and Tsunade leave. They tell Hiruzen that Minato couldn't do anything because the children are dead and Minato only had the choice to absorb all Kyubi and die. To clarify Naruto has soul and the other two have chakra, but the three seals are a bit different. When they consume chakra, Kurama functions as a battery and recharges what they have consumed. Their seals are connected and there are basically three jinchuriki of Kurama. Hiruzen eventually realizes what Kushina and Tsunade have done and has Jiraiya track them down. After a discussion, it is decided that they will return to Konoha to become genin when they are 12-13 and form a team. This also serves to calm the inhabitants over time. Before they return Hiruzen will reveal who they are to the council and village. Now while Menma and Naruko-Narumi will have toad and slugs as summons, Naruto will have a legendary one because he is the protagonist (dragons or phoenix), but these will only be the main ones. With the rinnegan they can also summon something else I think. The three of them are Uzumaki-Senju-Uchiha and therefore all three will have mokuton, sharingan and rinnegan. The difference is that Naruto is Ashura and Menma is Indra (no hate) while the girl shares both because she is in symbiosis even if she is less powerful and will not get the powers of the sage(but unlock rinnegan). To compensate she has byakugo and everything connected to it. In addition she will learn the eight gates that she can use without real problem because Kurama chakra and byakugo. In practice she too is op. With such a team akatsuki has no chance. For couples I advise for Naruto Hinata o Ino or both. Here for Hinata is not present the story with the bullies and then it's only because Naruto is a kind hearted person who supports her. Here she is no better than Ino because there is no backstory. Actually Ino has more possibilities because she's not shy, but if you put them both I see no problem. Menma could be girlfriends Karin or Temari or both. He may be the one who saves Karin in this story. Kushina will be very happy that they saved another Uzumaki. Naruko-Narumi could marry Haku (if he is saved) or even better Gaara. As you understood in this story when they arrive in Konoha Sasuke quickly loses the role of importance because they have the sharingan and much more and they are all three prodigies much stronger than him. He also tries to force Naruko to become his wife, but is beaten almost to death because nobody likes him and he is no longer useful to the council for the sharingan. Yes, I know that most of the time I kill Sasuke or something bad happens to him, but if others have the sharingan he is useless and annoying. Also in this story Naruto and the twins don't have any kind of relationship or friendship with Sasuke so he's better dead than a criminal around doing damage.
