I feel like if dragons were in Naruto they would be one of the only beings that could naturally be immune to dojutsu in general. Dragons are supposed to have sharper eyesight than the most keen birds of prey.

Personally I'd think it would make the most sense for rimuru to be a Dr strange or perhaps a version of the scarlet witch (as a true dragon he represents chaos. He in a way had to lose his first life to gain the ability to use magic. His magic system has a version of yen and yang as part of it. He's very analytical when it comes to many things. He protects his multiverse, and he's very chaotic despite why he does what he does)

I’m not particularly a fan of fairy tail. Because the whole time through every single arc, you’re like “holy shit no one important dies.” I think it’s because I watched Game of Thrones when I was younger and I’m in that mindset of important characters have to die for the plot to be interesting. Otherwise there’s no stakes.
