I have a idea what if the tailed beast's were people (basically when the sage of 6 paths made the tailed beast's they were more human like (they are humans just they still have there powers and abilities (they also have a human from but they prefer there tailed beast forms) and they can train people to use their powers and abilities (and there forms) using there own chakra but because the training is so difficult most people don't survive it) where the story changes begin when naruto was born because the 9tails incident doesn't happen the 9tails warned naruto's parents (they both survived because of that) about what was going to happen (to explain that the 9tails would have better hearing because I'd imagine he'd train at least once) and the 9tails willingly got sealed inside naruto (to make sure that naruto's mom didn't die the 9tails left a small fragment of tailed beast chakra (it mixed with her chakra allowing her to survive and still have the powers of the 9tails but she would have to work for the powers of the 9tails) and the 9tails decided to regenerate it's missing chakra till it was the full 9tails and after that willingly got sealed inside naruto and naruto got the entire 9tails because naruto's dad can now trust the 9tails) later when naruto was older the 9tails was tired of people calling them a demon so he showed naruto his human form (naruto has seen the 9tails before but not super often) also in this the tailed beast's all have every chakra nature and chakra nature combinations (it was a secret they didn't want to show people because they just wanted to be accepted and the tailed beast's with 6+ tails sometimes can give someone a dojutsu like the sharingan or byakugan with ability to swap if it's on or off and if you have multiple dojutsu you can swap between them where it could be one in one eye and the other in the other eye or one of them in both eyes) you decide where the story goes from there
