Because it's actually issei's fanfic. They just replaced issei's name with naruto's. But by the looks of it, they forgot to replace some of them and that's why it kept switching to naruto to issei.

Try searching "what if Naruto was a hollow" it should be a playlist with like 31 videos in it. It's a great listen with absolutely no hentai. (to my memory cause the last time I listened to it was like 6 months ago)
