No the rule wouldn’t apply to Naruto since monsters are allowed to be raised by their monster parents but gods can’t do it with humans mainly because their too busy and it distracts them from their work and if gods raised their kids then the kids would become too powerful but the rule said Demi gods which are half human half god and if your a full god u could be raised by your godly parents to learn which god your gonna be so naruto could be raised by his godly parents since he isn’t human he’s half bijou half god

Ahh yeah that makes sense I just wasn't to sure on the technical aspect of it. Lol. Everything I've read on the Greek God's mainly the big 12 is that they look down on half breeds like that. Which never made sense. Figuring they still keep reproducing with other species.🤣🤣 but if what you said is true that makes a lot of sense
