What if a captured Jedi was on a Munificent class frigate during Order 66? All of the CIS fleets and droids were deactivated shortly after the Order went out. If a Jedi and their Astromech were able to escape their bonds after the ship was deactivated the Jedi could use their astromech to reprogram another astromech to help them. The two mechs could then reprogram more until they were able to reprogram a crew. Wookiepedia says those ships can run on a small crew and enough Astromechs would be able to start the ship and jump them to safety. From there the Jedi could use the info available on the ship to find deactivated fleets and assemble an Army of droids that can be reprogrammed to help find and protect the last of the Jedi. Jedi controlled droids versus Imperial forces.

I’d love to see a part two of this with Anakin or Ahsoka training a young Galen Marek who temporarily turns to the darkside in a somewhat similar fashion to Revan as well as either a clone of Palpatine surface or the Yuuzhan Vong with Admiral Thrawn siding with the next big bad while the ghost crew meet under completely different circumstances still becoming a dysfunctional family of sorts becoming one of the key groups helping in the outer rim with Kanaan training Ezra in the Jedi order or Kanaan leaves the Jedi do to differing opinions and starts the grey Jedi order with Ezra becoming one of its first members and maybe a redeemed Galen joining the grey Jedi using either yellow or white sabers and ye know Kanaan wouldn’t go blind or die in an explosion so that’s also a plus

There have been plenty of people who have convinced Anakin to stay in the Council Chambers, but this is the first time I have heard Obi-Wan convince him. Love it! Day 71 of my list. What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme (Pentre Patrol did his version), Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

Interesting alternate scenario. One that factors into Palpatine's own "in-canon" manipulations. He requested Anakin go to Utapau to deal with Grievous knowing the Jedi Council would not allow it and that Obi-Wan would be recommended instead as a Master with more experience. Needless to say Obi-Wan Kenobi was the ideal choice due to being THE Master of Soresu, the third form of lightsaber combat. The choice worked in Palpatine's favor cause not only did it further agitate Anakin, but also robbed him of the ONE JEDI who he'd be fully comfortable confiding in upon learning the Chancellor was actually the Master of the Sith. Obi-Wan definitely could convince Anakin to stay put more effectively than Mace Windu.

@@gregorg282 the CIS is a political entity with a counsel full of some of the most powerful individuals in the galaxy …. And command of billions of battle droids. They don’t just magically capitulate over night when in reality… the only reason they hadn’t won already was Palpatine was playing both sides. Consider for a moment, the grievous never actually knew that Sidious was Palpatine. Imagine if after count Dooku’s death, he had ordered the droids to capture the Jedi, but instead of bringing them to the bridge, they just kill them on the spot…. And Sidious dies along with them. Let’s assume the invisible hand still get shot just like it did and starts to fall apart so the general evacuates but instead of just leaving the ship to blow up, sets the auto pilot to crash into the Jedi Temple. The Republic gets its own 911, but this one levels the order. That’s the sort of thing a cyborg that hates the Jedi would have done without the artificial constraints imposed upon him by Palpatine, who wants to live in the Jedi Temple

@@Matt-yg8ub Hey, I’m not saying that’s what would happen, but in every of his what if videos the war ends if Dooku, Grievous and Palpatine are dead. Since he also wrote this video, he probably wrote it the same way. Also, sure, Grievous might have done that, but at that point in the story, he was already dead. The Confederacy of Independent Systems would have nobody in control, since it has been stated multiple times that the separatist leaders were weak, cowardly and would squabble for power among themselves. Without a sense of order, they would fall back more and more, especially considering that the only ones responsible for any kind of strategy are droids, who aren’t the smartest, even the ones designed to be smart. So, it’s pretty safe to say that the Separatists wouldn’t be able to continue much longer. While sure, they would be able to win easily with Dooku or even Grievous in charge, but they both are dead, and Nute Gunray and co could be pressured into singing a peace treaty pretty easily, especially if the Jedi found their location and went there in person

I always find that the jedi are much more "at fault" than anakin in many ways (for how things turned out)..... If Yoda and the others couldn't see behind palps schemes until the very end, how would a young traumatized kid cope? Yes, Anakin is guilty for his actions... but to not notice the dark influence on him and his actions is not just a "woopsy". It is not like anakin was some sort of super mastermind capable of pretending to be emotionless.... the moment the suspected palps could be a sith lord they should've talked to anakin to find any possible evidence of dark side influence, they knew how close they were. He was just a pawn, the order would've fallen just as easily without him being there.

Obi wan was a huge rule follower…….but only if those rules benefited the Jedi. His mistake was trying to make Anakin a blind rule follower without the wisdom to discern the good from bad. Overthrowing the Chancellor was illegal…treason of the highest order and Windu was executing the leader of the galaxy on ZERO LEGAL JUSTIFICATION…….. Obi wan could make this violation for the good of the order……but Anakin liked Palpatine and murdering him in violation of the rules was hard for him.

Without Sidios, sending Anakin to Mustafar to take them out and send the shut down command to their armies the separatists would still be there. So if I didn’t miss anything, perhaps one line about them, actually believing that Palpa teen was behind everything and they had been being manipulated and used the entire time might have gotten them to just hunker down or rejoin the republic.
