Also, for a few what if ideas: What if Anakin was visited by reformed dark-side users from the past, and they talked him out of being a sith by recounting their own experiences? Or what if Palpatine and Yoda came to an agreement and started a new order, with both doctrines included (legitimately)? What if Maul ran away during the final confrontation in the Phantom Menace?

Which reformed dark sider were you thinking of? Darth Revan was reformed only because he suffered severe brain damage and lost all his memories (except for his dying moments on the bridge of his flagship). The Jedi Order used the Force to transfer someone else’s memories into his brain, making him into a different person. So he’s not an ideal choice IMO. Going back into Legends, one option might be Ulic Q’el Droma - a Jedi Knight who, motivated solely by revenge, tried to defeat the Sith by infiltrating them. His plan backfired and he fell to the Dark Side. Ulic was redeemed only after experiencing the shock and horror of striking down and killing his own younger brother Cay, and after being permanently cut off from using the Force.

Yoda and Palpatine wouldn't come to an alliance unless you had something catastrophically horrifying that dwarfed both of them as a universal threat. Like... Silentium Flood from the Forerunner Saga in Halo. Yoda and Palps would be best friends for a little while before they both got eaten and assimilated by unfathomable cosmic horrors

By the Force.... this brings tears to my eyes I love how it clearly refences the movie plotlines, but it does so with characters who fell to the dark side making the right decisions.. Dooku refusing to work with Sidious and joins Qui Gon and Anakin Anakin restraining himself from killing innocents out of anger under Qui Gon's tutelage Dooku pleaded with Trebor and knocked him out as a last resort Dooku working together with Mace to defeat Jango And culminating with all four of them facing Sidious together. P.S. I also absolutely love how Padme didn't come into the picture at all, Qui Gon would not have let Anakin fall into love that would one day spiral into his downfall. Although I do think that he definitely would have freed Anakin's mother. This brings tears to my eyes...

I strongly beliebe he would have been more patient and emotionally disciplined had Qui-Gon been the one to train him. I doubt there would have been emotional outbursts like this. I think he would have been more pensive and calculating had Qui-Gon spent the same number of years teaching him in comparison to Obi

Very good theory but I have to disagree on two things given this scenario, I think dooku would come clean about who he sent the credits and why given his ruse was obviously up. Especially considering how bold he was to tell obi wan the the Republic was under conrol of the sith. Secondly given the portrayals of palpatines powers I think Anakin would lose a solo battle particularly to sidious' powerfully affective and varied ways of using the force. With lighting force, scream and how effective he was at telekinesis I think he would definitely win. Though With the other Jedi to assist the odds would be in their favor I think

Why do I have the feeling that the mere idea of Obi-Wan dying and Qui-Gon surviving would not only give the Sith a run for their money but is also a very bad thing for everyone involved…specifically their enemies. Plus it’s nice to see an amazing ‘what if’ centered around Qui-Gon surviving because for some reason it just makes sense for Qui-Gon to survive and train Anakin because I always felt that these two are some of the strongest characters in SW history and is just so beneficial in so many ways and they would definitely conquer any challenge that’s thrown their way because they wouldn’t stand a chance against battle hardened warriors and it would fit perfectly well within the SW universe. Plus, who doesn’t love a good Anakin and Qui-Gon teaming up adventure, with Dooku tagging on along the way. Also the voice acting for Qui-Gon and Dooku was just amazing. I do have a few ideas for some possible what if’s: 1) What if Rey was a Mandalorian…essentially what if Din Djarin found Rey and took her in as a Foundling. 2) What if Ezra was a Mandalorian…something like how both his parents were Mandalorians who left Mandalore and went to start their own lives (you could still keep most of Ezra’s backstory) and potentially make Ezra and Sabine a couple (since Disney won’t, we have too…#ezrabine4ever. 3) What if Jango Fett and/or Boba Fett Joined the Republic…I think something interesting could happen with this. 4) What if Rey, Finn and Poe went back in time to the Clone Wars…this would make the World Between Worlds even more of an important focal point and I could also see them get along well with Anakin, Ashoka, Rex and the rest of the 501st (it would be fun to see Rey, Finn and Poe join the 501st) I hope these are some amazing ideas for some potential What if’s

As we know darth vader was a natural engineer and could use mechaguru or whatever so what if he used skill to create nanobots to repair his lungs and burns while also making limbs that could conduct the force to make lightning. This could relate to inquisitor baris as she used nanobots in the bomb and he may remember nanobots and their uses. He could could also conduct experiments diguised as torture to fool sidious, learning to heal wounds, make force sensitive droids/limbs and using nano bots to manipulate mididclorians to strip or enhance the force in individuals. What I was thinking was that he used nanobots to remove scar tissue especially around the lungs and he would be dipped in bacta or bacta would be applied this would allow him breath which means he can meditate more deeply. And for the limbs, it is possible to make material force sensitive and I was thinking he make limbs skeletal looking like in attack of the clones but would then cover the we either grafed flesh from his body or flesh made from his blood and other ingredients like perhaps kyber crystal this would make the force flow from him easier and perhaps with the sith alchemy in the limbs making his force lightning more powerful. Basically an uber vader who is perhaps stronger than full potential anakin.

What if jocasta nu helped obi wan with anikan training providing texts and knowledge on the force and the original version of the code. Were obi wan can provide training about combat he does not possess knowledge of the higher mysteries which nu does such as force healing which would be useful in attack of clones. Plus it would anakin greater resources for learning and may become a consular or at least a sentinel instead of a guardian. All this could happen because of instead of sending anakin to his room where he just tinkers they send him to work in the library where nu will give him more discipline and may take a maternal interest.

These what ifs always keep the reckless angry nature of characters like Anakin without understanding the context of why he was like that in the Prequels. Obi-Wan was a bad Master for Anakin, he treated him like a Brother rather than a pupil, did teach him how to control the force but not WHY to control the Force, in all honesty he wasn't ready for knighthood by the end of Phantom Menace. The inclusion of Qui-Gon would be a very different thing for a young Anakin, he would've tempered Anakin's hostility and fuelled it into causes that allow him to release his negativity in positive ways, leading to a more balanced and calm young man when we see him in Attack of the Clones, he'd not have had a duel with Tyrannus, he wouldn't be letting his anger get control over him. In all honesty I think he'd not be as proficient in Lightsabre combat, he'd have been more of a Force user than warrior, detaining people with mastery of the Force, crushing specific parts of enemy armour as he's gained control over it and tempered anger. This is just the same person in the canon timeline but with Qui-Gon where Obi-Wan would be.

Or anakin became a healer either before or after his mother death could be related to his friendship with offee or alternatively what if he was trained by tra sa who taught windu and actually did not forbid attachment as shown by her relationship with tholme , they could become like a pseudo parents to anakin and train him away from the temple in azati martial arts and from trasa the living force as she is a plant lady so imagine anakin controlling plant life.
