What if?616 Spiderman was in no way home. So Story wise if he was in Spider-Man No Way Home. He would've Immediately looked for Tom's Spider-Man as soon as he enters the marvel Cinematic Universe. 616 Spider-Man would Immediately know this universe is not his home universe right off the bat. He Would have also immediately realized that Tom's Spider-Man was framed for a crime he didn't commit. On top of that Tom's Spider-Man's screct identity was released to the public prior to his visit to the mcu. Is during most of the 1st part of spiderman no way home after he came to the mcu. he would went on an adventure to expose mysterios faked death turned him into the police. Gave the police all the evidence to prove he was guilty. Is which would have changed the majority of the public opinion. He also would have already been avoiding the public because he would have seen all the news footage of Tom's Spider-Man being harassed by the public. He also has a lot of experience of being through similar incident in the 616 universe in the past. After mysterio. As for Tom's Spider-Man most of the movie would've played out the same till Tom's Spider-Man went to see aunt may after she called about rami Norman Osborn after he arrived. 616 Spider-Man would've help out Tom's Spider-Man with capturing the rest of the villans. As soon as doc ock sees 616 Spider-Man he would've had a small conversation with him only to find out itsnot his peter parker at all but similar to his own to an extent. 616 Spider-Man would've given him a few lessons on how he could be better at being Spider-Man.When the green goblin comes out. 616 Spider-Man would've been the one to fight raimi green goblin because 616 Spider-Man would've been heavily reminded him of how tobey's Spider-Man was in the 2002 Spider-Man movie. Tom's Spider-Man would've gotten aunt may out of the cross fire as soon as 616 Spider-Man tells him “get aunt may to safety now!” Tom's Spider-Man would atemped to help him fight raimi green goblin. The 2 Spider-Men would beat raimi green goblin to the point of where he has to retreat temporarily. Ned and mj would've still found tobey's Spider-Man and Andrew's Spider-Man just like in the actual movie. 616 Spider-Man and tom's Spider-Man. Aunt may and doc ock. They would come up with leadership of 616 Spider-Man. They would create all the cures for the villains faster. Once that's done. They set the Statue of liberty trap.The frist 3 villains show up who are the Lizard and Sandman. Electro. Sandman and Lizard would be cured frist. Electro gets cured 3rd because doc ock would still trik him. After that they would still have a difficult time fighting the green goblin becausehe has his glider and tech on him. Tom's Spider-Man would not have the anger and vengefulness of the orgianal movie but would remain level head in the final battle. When he faces the green goblin. This time 616 Spider-Man captured the magic box before the green goblin puts a pumpkin bomb in it preventing anymore multiversal rifts in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Green goblin would still be defeated and cured at the end.. This time the movie would end with 616 Spider-Man having a haert to heart conversation with Tom's Spider-Man about how life as Spider-Man rather his identity gets out or not is going to be hard no matter what happens as Spider-Man. He would've told him about the time his aunt my almost died and he would tell him to life his own life to the fullest it can be. He would've told how proud he was Tom's Spider-Man. He would've had one last small conversation with them before Dr strange sends them back to there orgianal universes.
