I am unsure if this is the kind of suggestion you are looking for, but some ideas I have are Ashoka trying to get Ventress on her side before Ventress becomes an assassin, hidding resources in places where major battles and other important stuff will happen, searching for things she knows the Separatist’s and/or Sith are searching for so they can’t get them, investigating Maul (I don’t remember if he is still alive in this timeline), and going on an excursion to the Mortis Monolith to check in on the Ones, maybe taking Anakin and Obi-Wan with her. Should the Father allow them in, she or the trio could get useful training and stuff and maybe even redeem the Son. After all, from what I know, if Anakin never goes to Mortis, something which isn’t guaranteed to happen, the Father will die and the Son will likely escape.
