Logically speaking Windu should have informed Master Drallig, to lock down the temple and prepare defenses also have Anakin assist in either the defense prep or evacuation of the younglings. This would have given Anakin something to do to keep his mind occupied and distract him from his own thoughts.

But Anakin ran after them, leaving Shaak-Ti and others taking care of it before Sidious corrupted him and he came back with the 501st at his back. I think the only other Jedi who would have done that would have been Obi-Wan himself. Hell, Obi-Wan knew of Anakin's relationship of Padme even before Anakin fell, and he still kept quiet about it. So other than Plo, Obi-Wan would have been the best person Anakin could have gone to....hence why Palpatine engineered things so that Obi-Wan would be sent after Grievous, so that he *wouldn't* be there for Anakin to turn to for help or advice.

TBF, I think it makes sense though. Maul was too far gone. Anakin on the other hand was fresh and didn't have himself so steeped in it. You don't just spend a decade surviving being cut in half out of sheer spite and hatred for a single individual and then just suddenly turn to the light cause you were given happy pills. Especially not when he also blamed the Jedi for not finding him before Palpatine.

Especially since Anakin would have done the right thing by going to Yoda to alert him that Palpatine was the Sith Lord they'd been hunting the entire time. Yoda knows that Anakin is a good man at heart, but he's so kind and empathetic that it makes him vulnerable to emotional manipulation by someone like Palpatine. Yoda knows that Anakin is still young and he joined the Jedi at a more advanced age than was normal, so it's natural that Anakin would have more difficulty keeping his emotions in check. Yoda wouldn't judge Anakin for screwing up due to his emotions getting the better of him, he'd simply try to advise and guide Anakin so as to avoid a repeat of that same error in the future.

So basically if Anakin wasn’t corrupted by Palpatine but Palpatine still managed to pull of Order 66 and transform the republic into the Empire. Interesting. Also, it kinda happened in Legends since, as seen the the force unleashed video games and comics, Vader and Sidious “created” the rebel alliance to gather all the enemy of the empire at one place that they could then attack. They just didn’t count in about Galen Marek aka Starkiller coming back to save them and thus fully launching the Rebel Alliance which led to the end of the Empire only 20 years after its creation

I think that the combined kinetic might of plo and ani could potentially beat sidious, but definitely pulverise him with agen kolar and shaak ti added on. Nearly all of them have solid force defences enough not to be ragdolled or damaged much by any force scream or push. Plo and shaak have the abilities enough to commit a counter offensive with the force and the ingenuity to strategise together in the fight. Plo’s Telepathy and ti’s team satellite capabilities enough to end the fight potentially before anything serious happened.

Without a doubt the citizens of the Empire felt the rebellion was evil. The Empire offered stability and succour to them everything they wanted the Empire gave. The Rebellion threatened all of it.The ones who supported the Rebellion were hated by thier neighbors who would turn them in every chance. But in the end it was that same supression that spurred the Rebellion to finish the fight and bring a new senate to the people.

What if Ezra joined the empire? (Like the what if Luke joined the empire.) What if Sabine Wren stayed with the Empire? (Family abandoned her but the empire didn't) What if Haji fired on the escape pod? (First off, Bolvan would have to do some paper work and then be told later it wasn't necessary anymore as the imperial senate was no longer a factor.) What if Obi-Wan used force heal on Padme? All in all an excellent story. How plo handled things was heart warming. Theres only one issue with this story. Anakin using lightning. 1. With his cybernetic arm, he physically cant use that ability. With one hand perhaps. 2. Sith lightning is the manifestation of hatred and specifically intent to kill. Anakin would not have had that in this scenario. Perhaps for sidious. Maybe... I supose i can see that, but its bot something you can just do. Rey doing it breaks all sorts of canon. Screw her. It takes literal years of training to learn. I dont care if anakin was the chisen one... Theres no way he was doing force lightning. If you change that one part, make palpatine try and corrupt him sone other way, then yoyre golden. This is all around a solid story. I feel like it could happen in canon. Unlike most of your other stories.

But he failed, and he admits that he and Ventress working together were out matched against Maul and Savage! What I find ironic is that Mace never trusted Anakin, but now he suddenly does!? Anakin is telling him to stop, but Mace trusts Anakin not to try and stop him? Mace got what he deserved, Anakin was not to blame. It's his destiny to kill the Sith and Mace tried to stop that happening! Destiny made Anakin do that! The Force made him do that! The Force wanted the Jedi Order to fall! The Force wanted the Sith to win the Clone Wars! The Force wanted it's son to bring balance to the Force!

Plo was such a pure soul, that you could put him in almost any given situation, and he’d improve it purely through the sheer power of positivity and kindness. Ironically; even though he didn’t directly kill him, I’m more mad at Anakin for causing the death of Master Plo, than for the Youngling BBQ not even gonna front.
