Portal 2, but you have construction and equipment. basically. soldering iron, a hammer, nails, and a screwdriver. you can remove testing elements out of walls, and you can solder and unsolder props to surfaces, and even break portalable surfaces with a hammer and move them.

That'd require someone to decompile _all_ of the maps and add in tons of entities and logic, all whilst having to make sure that _everything_ works seamlessly. I'm sure it _could_ be done, but the sheer amount of time and effort that'd have to be put into it makes it impractical at best and warcrime-worthy at worst.

That's not how portals work in any sense of the word. Portals act as doorways, and as such have the exact same effect on an object's momentum that a _real_ doorway would have.

Heya! Not related to the video, but I just played a random Steam game that was in my feed I think you’d like! It was a puzzle-platforming game, and I beat it in like 2 or 3 hours with all of the achivements. It was really fun, and has an Overwhelmingly Positive 98% review on Steam from the few thousand who played it. I would tell you more about it, but I went in blind to everything but the thumbnail and the top review and loved it. The game is called Gravitas, it’s from like mid to late 2019, and I personally really enjoyed it, so I thought I’d pass it on! I know Portal is literally in your username, but surely you could use a different puzzle-platformer with charming character(s), whitty writing, and fun mechanics that have been done before but never this well-executed to play, right?

Portal but every time you enter a portal you enter a different iteration of the room (AKA parallel dimensions). You can bring stuff with you, but each versions of the room would have its own cubes and stuff. maybe entering orange portal cycles you one dimension forward and entering blue cycles you one back so that you can return to the original dimension.
