I feel like Minato and Kushina would've been left alive in this timeline, since Obitos target was the nine tails and not Naruto himself they would obviously not get attacked by the Nine Tails, and Minato didn't really struggle with Obito, so he would survive. Fugaku was the one who sealed the Nine Tails into Sasuke so it's not like the seal would kill Minato either. (Do i even need to mention why this would be a big deal?)

@@axz647 naruto wanted at first to be recognized by the village and not be seen as a monster and he gradualy got there even before becoming the hokage. The entire point itachi made to naruto was that he wouldn't get acknowledge by becoming hokage but only by being acknowledged by them would he finally be able to be a hokage. There is nothing saying the hokage needs to be the strongest ninja, if so, danzo would be hokage at some point and the entire system would be about battles and defeating the one in power or killing them. The hokage is a political figure and he leads the village, that means the person who is in the position not only is a strong, skilfull and resoursefull shinobi, but also a capable leader who can inspire the village and that can think about the rest of the people before himself. Naruto was seen as the hero of the village since defeating pain, at that point his dream was already acomplished, he didn't became a hokage yet but surely he was one of the strongest of konoha at that point and most importantly, no one hated him as the did when he was a kid, they loved him now but even then by risking his life to save them he wasn't ready to be a hokage, he was far too imature and inexperienced, he had the qualities to inspire others but not the strategic mind of a leader yet. the mental and strategic aspects of a hokage is what i think is unexplored in naruto, as the series is his vision of things, they never told what else a hokage needs to do and needs to have besides being strong.

since naruto has better chakra control, not feared by everybody, and is a prodigy, I think naruto would probably be trained by hiruzen, pass the genin test early, trained by jiraiya early, though probably won’t be summoning gamabunta anytime soon, he could probably summon a monkey and probably just be prime hiruzen by the time of the end time skip without any of the trademark rasengan spam in the original series, he’d be a great all rounder, learn sage mode by the time Sasuke attacks, and probably have one final battle before obito has his plot armornium Z to help Sasuke win

It's also something as sealing the tailed beast in an already powerful uchiha who can handle the stress such as fagaku and maybe even itachi but sasuke as an infant would just die. Uchiha or at least elite uchihas with a manekyou can control tailed beasts but that has nothing to do with being a jinchiki since Uchihas do that through genjutsu. If uzamakis weren't required for 9th tails jinchurikis I'd make no sense to seal the tailed beast inside kushina rather than any other ninja especially knowing that a war was happening during that time

I would agree to this being good but you leapt over one thing here, friend. Kurama literally stated in both the Manga and anime that he purposely messed with Naruto's Chakra control so that Naruto could rely on the Nine Tails Chakra in order to chip away at the seal. It wasn't because Naruto was innately untalented, it was because Kurama made him untalented. This would be doubly so for Sasuke because 1. He wouldn't be able to perform half the jutsu he has in his arsenal as a child because, unlike Naruto, he didn't have mass Chakra reserves to brute force through training and 2. Because of Sasuke's ridiculous amounts of hatred he would sooner than later be devoured by the Nine Tails well before or after the retrieval arc. I don't see this panning out well for him at all.

Itachi wouldn't give Sasuke so much hatred due to this in my opinion, he probably knows the temptation that kurama could give Sasuke can make him not hate him as much, he'd probably make a comment about befriending the beast if he wanted to fight against him. Sasuke would be weaker than his canon self in his base form because of his body not being able to handle the strain of kurama which would limit his training, because of itachi and shisui being alive though he'd be consistently below his canon self in canon though.

Thats what i was thinking. The curse mark thing with orochimaru would be different since sasuke is a jinchuriki. Since Orochimaru was an akatsuki, he knows how valuable Sasuke is. Also, I wouldn’t think Orochimaru would want Sasuke’s body because of Kurama. Also Sasuke left after seeing Naruto outclassed him. I think it was a huge miss with the sasuke leaving arc. It wouldn’t be remotely the same since sasuke already had control of the chakra cloak at the start of the “series” Some of this was poorly constructed based on lack of sufficient research of events based on individual strength. Sasuke got buffed and naruto got nerfed. Why are the other characters dying in battles they won without naruto’s influence. I also don’t understand why sasuke isn’t getting scaled properly. He also skipped Sasuke getting his curse mark contained. Since that didn’t happen Sasuke should theoretically be much stronger since his curse mark isn’t restrained. I know its just made up, but there are so many inconsistencies with flow. Growth is being stunted and key events are just omitted to the point this story doesn’t make much sense in comparison

​@konataizumi4027 for the battle with the Sound Four in the main Canon, Gaara and his siblings were there to help out with capturing Sasuke but in this story since Gaara didn't get that heart to heart with Sasuke or Naruto about being alone, Gaara wasn't around to help with the capturing of Sasuke, so for the people who got saved by the Sand siblings in Canon don't get saved in this story hence why they got killed by the Sound Four or incompacitated (I think I butcher that word) by the fights with the Sound Four

It's made clear that the only reason Naruto had such poor chakara control was the 9 tails interfering purposely. This would be so Naruto would rely on his strength anf he can slowly feed him chakra overtime to weaken his seal. Not only would Minato be alive if he wasn't Hokage. He gave his life to protect this village and to entrust his son because he was the Hokage. Naruto would probably not over achieve on shadow clone not having failed the graduation exam. He'd probably take after Minato with the flying rajin.
