What if Scar was in Lion king 2 instead of Zira? Lion King AU

►Hello everybody!
Hope you like my new AU. I had an idea and, as usually, I had to create a new video about it!!
What if Scar was a character of lion king 2 as the main villain?? Hope you like this idea :)
Storyline:
Little Kiara finds an old lion... she doesn't know him, But she's really curious and want to follow him as he invited her to visit the place he lives,
which his the exiled lion territory... Kiara has always wanted to visit that place, such as her father before her...
When they arrived, Scar introduced her his daughter Vitani and everything seemed to be very peaceful and calm...
Zazu found out where Kiara was, then run to Simba to advise him.
Simba was shocked and scary and run with other lioness to save his daughter...
He had a little discussion with Scar, hasn't he been killed by hyenas??? Is he alive?
He took away her daughter from that place...But i'm pretty sure she will return in the exiled territory as soon as she became older...... :)

When we are used to see Scar's scar in his left side eye, it would be weird to see him turned around as reflection. And this is not a criticism, only a statement! But I liked this video, a sequel for this one would be interesting! :)

In reality, Scar would actually build a huge army which includes hyenas, jackals, vultures, and crocs just like in the Lion Guard series, but with Zira’s lionesses as an addition, but without her. So that leads to the question…what would happen to Nuka, Vitani, and Kovu? Chances are, Nuka and Vitani would obviously agree to join Scar in his plan for revenge, but with Kovu still not turned aggressive yet, would probably decide not to do it and go rogue instead, and because of this he would be less likely to want to kill Simba because he didn’t get his intensive training, and he and Kiara would probably meet sooner than in the actual movie, with a possibility that Simba might allow him into the Pride Lands, which would make his relationship with Kiara much easier, and may also simply lead to Nuka being appointed as Scar’s heir.

On the other hand, Kion and the Lion Guard would learn of Scar’s return much sooner than in the Lion Guard Season 2, quickly creating an intense rivalry between the two, making it harder for Scar to be able to execute his plans to overthrow Simba and become king again, so he’d have to figure out how to defeat Kion and the Lion Guard, but most of his plans end up failing, while some of them might surprisingly work, but not all hope would be lost for Kion. And it would be a decent advantage because Kovu would be on the Pride Lands’ side. The final battle would include all of the pride lander animals to fight off the outlander animals, and Simba’s entire pride to fend off Scar’s lionesses. But Scar and Ushari would still plan to give Kion his scar, and obviously it worked but not fully, because Kion ended up using the Roar to blast Scar, including Nuka and Ushari, into the fiery lava of the volcano. There would finally be peace in the Pride Lands, and all of the remaining outlanders still alive, including the outlander lionesses, would all be banished forever, but Vitani on the other hand would begin to realize that what she was trained to do was not her true destiny, so she decided it would be best to join the Pride Landers’ side, but it had to take some convincing from Kiara and Kovu to do so, but the other lionesses would already be gone, so they wouldn’t have the chance to unite them. But the Pride Lands would at last be at peace, that is, until a new threat arrives… (SPOILERS AHEAD)
