Female titan does have a special ability. She can eat parts of titans and she gains their abilities. It’s how she formed the crystal that the war hammer has. This is discussed by falco and Gabi to Annie while on the boat on the way to Eren. It’s how Falco access the ability to grow wings due to ingesting Zekes spinal fluid due to a past shifter having wings.

To be fair, they can all use Hardening meaning her only true ability is the Scream, but that's only if Pure Titans are around. If not, she's still flexible and has good stamina but that's not exclusive to her

Y'know if Sasha was a titan shifter I'd see 3 choices for her, the Beast, the Jaw, and the Female, I choose the Jaw and Female because they both have an ability that you think Sasha would have based on herself, the Jaw because Sasha loves eating and using the Jaw Titans jaw is its main way of attacking and I also believe she would have fun in using it, and the Female Titan because of its unique trait, that being if the Female Titan consumes a part of another shifters titan body than she would inherit some of that shifters power without having too consume the shifters spinal fluid, it literally takes a chunk out of another shifters titan body in order to gain a bit of their power, with Sasha we would definitely see a lot more of the main ability the Female Titan possesses

The problem is that members of the Ackerman clan cannot be titans because king Frits made their blood unaffected by titan powers. So either way there would be no possible way for them to inherit the powers of the titans. However, if this wasn't true this would be completely fine.

Setting aside the technicality (if I'm remembering this aright) that the Ackerman's can't become titans, I have a few contentions of my own: - If Levi was able to become a titan, one of two options should be taken; he should either be the 'Colossal', which would either be a gratifying change of fortune for a character who laments being so short, or a humorous one if it turned out that a perpetually short host made the 'Colossal' titan short as well; alternately, giving his lightning agility and prowess for edge weaponry, Levi would be the most effective candidate to wield the 'Jaw' titan (who tends to also have long, sharp claws), with the general template for the jaw structure being that of a mongoose. - If Sasha were to receive the 'Beast' titan, I should think that a fox would be a more thematically appropriate motif for her brand of hunter than a lion, but ideally she would forgo this route altogether and instead take possession of both the 'Warhammer' and 'Cart' titans; her skill with a bow would maximize the effectiveness of the 'Warhammer's capacity for ranged weaponry, and the 'Cart's stamina would keep her from being depleted by constantly conjuring new missiles. - Hange should receive the 'Female' titan, partly for its alleged versatility, but mainly to put a lid on the silly narrative that she's of indeterminate sex. - While I think that a leonine 'Beast' titan would be misplaced as far as Sasha's concerned, it could well be ideal for Erwin; his capacity as a leader would make both the titan power to command other titans and the specific imagery of the lion resonate nicely, and the fact that the 'Beast' is one of the few titans who can talk would only serve to enhance those motivational speeches for which Erwin is so well known. If he doubled up with the 'Armored' titan ability, so much the better; who wouldn't want to be led into battle by a huge armored lion?
