What if SCPs Were DRAGONS?! (Lore & Speedpaint)

It’s finally time to pair two of the most popular topics on the channel together: SCPs and Dragons.
Based on suggestions from my subscribers, I’ve taken SCP-1128 The Aquatic Horror SCP-173 the Sculpture, SCP-701 The Hanged King’s Tragedy and SCP-5031 Yet Another Murder Monster and turned them all into medieval beasts suited for the world of all my other Dragon episodes.
I also adapted the SCP Foundation into the Slayers of Cursed Predators, a collective of Knights who study and hunt the most dangerous creatures of Tayrun’s world, created a thousand years ago by a previous Overseer.

I freaking love SCP-701 (Hanged King’s Tragedy), my favorite SCP. Even used it as inspiration for one of my D&D characters (a Barbarian - this was the origin of their rage). Surprised that SCP-682 was not used. On another note, a dumb idea I got Disney characters (and other cartoon characters) as Saiyans (and other kinds of DBZ characters) Some ideas: Rapunzel from Tangled. Her default form is the short brown haired appearance from the end of the movie. Also comes with a Super Saiyan 3 form (long blonde hair, duh), and a Black/Legendary Evil Saiyan form (reflecting the Reverse Incantation form from Tangled the animated series). Also, Cassandra from Tangled the animated series, with a Super Saiyan Blue form (based on the Moon Opal transformation) Mei Lee from Turning Red, coming with an Oozaru form (reflecting her giant red panda transformation), Super Saiyan Red/ Super Saiyan God form (reflecting her red haired appearance), and a Super Saiyan 4 form (reflecting her merged human/panda form) Anne from Amphibia with a Super Saiyan Blue transformation, Sasha with a Super Saiyan God transformation, and Marcy with a Legendary Super Saiyan transformation. Gosh I love this channel. You not only draw beautiful art but you write amazing stories to go with them. You tackle a lot of topics I like, and have even introduced me to franchises I probably never would have found let alone liked. I had a hiatus from drawing about six years ago and its wild to me to think I stopped drawing (other than occasionally for work projects) for so long, but just goes to show that even if you stop for a while you can still ramp up and learn and improve a lot in a few years 😁😁😁 I have no plans to ever stop😁

Ok this is definitely one of my favorite videos of yours now, and if this gets a sequel, which I’m 100% sure it will, you obviously have to do SCP 682, and 096, but there’s also another one that would definitely work well as a dragon and that’s SCP 4975, times up, it’s a large humanoid ( ish ) bird like creature with see through skin so you can see it’s spinal cord, and it’s vertebrae aren’t connected so they can rotate individually making a ticking sound, and that’s how it hunts, it’s pretty scary

I LOVE all of the dragons in this episode, holy crap. I hope this gets a sequel and I kinda also hope this series gets a crossover with the Superhero Corrections and Placement Foundation sometime (how that would work out, I have no idea, but it would be really cool). I shall once again suggest SCP-2317 for a sequel to this episode, knowing now that there's an actual expy (if that's the right word) for the Foundation in the Beast world to study it.

Could you do something like this with the recent trend of analog horror? (Series like Local58, The Backrooms, Gemini Home Entertainment, Mystery Flesh Pit National Park, Winter of '83, or The BLUE CHANNEL?) Also more Suicide Squad please :D With Amphibia, you can use the events of the first half of season 3, and have Waller take the place of Mr. X. Or in “Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean” have Waller take Pucci’s part in Jolyne’s incarceration. Or have the Series finale of Star vs the Forces of Evil, only for the magical heroes of the DC multiverse interfere at the last moment (heck, you can even include your own multiverse heroes). Or have Wonder Woman interfere in the events of the final Attack on Titan season. One Piece and El Tigre would be also great additions.

All these dragons were designed so well, and the lore for each of them was really well made. The Sculpted Skull Splitter's head is a bit big, but that's just a minor critique. This video was great, and I can't wait to see more!!!

I em actually really enjoying the story in this one. Also I’d like to see more Indie Video Game Characters in Mortal Kombat. Maybe Shovel Knight (from Outworld’s Zaterra), Shantae (from Edenia), “Jacket” from Hotline Miami (from Earthrealm’s Miami), The Batter from OFF (from Orderrealm, Chaosrealm, or Netherrealm), The Penitent One from Blasphemous (from Earthrealm’s Spain), or some of the classes from Darkest Dungeon (Flagellant, Grave Robber, Jester, Leper, or Plague Doctor could be the best picks, as they have the most unique designs) Or Cartoon characters on the Suicie Squad. Like Anne from Amphibia (with possible ties to the Green Lantern corps.), Dick Dastardly and Muttley, The Brain from Pinky and the Brain (with ties to S.T.A.R. Labs), Megamind, Carmen Sandiego (with possible ties to the League of Assassins), Reagan Ridley from Inside Job (with possible ties to Vandal Savage), Invader ZIM, or Korvo from Solar Opposites (with possible ties to Brainiac).

Great Episode! Really happy you used some of the really cool underrated SCPs like my favorite "Yet another Murder Monster" (5031). WHEN you do a sequel episode, could you try using SCP-1762: Where the Dragons went. I'd really like to see how you interpret this as a dragon SCP-2406: The Colossus. Could be a Giant man made Dragon that and ancient civilization built to defy another massive dragon such as SCP('s)-001 When Day Breaks or The Scarlet King SCP-1678: Un-London. Could tie in to the previous suggestion, where instead of fighting back, the other half of the civilization hid and built a massive kingdom underground. This dragon would also be man-made and have some bird like features to reference the camera pigeons in the actual SCP SCP-1230: A Hero is Born. Could act as a bit of a 4th Wall Break. Could tie in to 1762? Hope you like these suggestions, and I'd really like to see them come to life on your channel!

Loved this episode, definitely deserves a sequel, and if you decide to do another scp as superheroes, definitely use 5031 as a supervillain turned superhero. Day 51: please make Lilo and Stitch experiments as superheroes or dragons or Kaiju etc .

Oh, this was an awesome video for sure! I knew that when I saw that community post for suggestions, I knew I couldn't pass up the opportunity to suggest SCP-701 because I believe I had just seen 8-BitRyan play the demo for SCP: Secret Files where The Hanged King's Tragedy played a big part in the story. And I'll say this about the dragon itself... it turned out to be a lot creepier than I imagined it myself! Definitely loved how that bad boy turned out, and I love how each of the other dragons turned out as well! Props to everybody who made suggestions for the video. And now that the Community Redraw is on it's way... I'll be on the edge of my seat for this one as well. I Would love to see more SCPs as Dragons

I would normally just say “Overlord characters fused with that Time I got reincarnated as a slime characters” again. But I think I’ll go a bit more in depth this time, and tell you how I think at least one of the fusions would work. I feel like the fusion of Ainz Ooal Gown and Rimuru Tempest would work. Seeing Rimuru can shape shift, you can basically make them work however you want. So considering that the vase form would likely look like a slime covered skeleton I can totally see you having the picture itself be the fusion Parkway turning into a human form. But the parts that haven’t transform yet be the slimy skeletal figure. Similarly to how you like to do Venomized characters. In terms of lore though, I’m thinking rather than just master personalities together you should give them something a kin to alien X from Ben 10. With Rimuru being the voice of compaction, Ainz being the voice of aggression, and one of Rimuru’s Ultimate skills, Raphael, Taking the place of the voice of reason. Wow they won’t be completely unable to move or speak like alien X, If they wanna do anything greater than cast 5th tear spells, They will have to get Raphael to agree that it’s a good idea, And then they can do it. I see the two of them essentially butting heads quite a bit due to their moral differences. But this situation they have to work together to figure out what’s even going on. Oh. Did I forget to say that in my idea they have no idea why they got fused in the first place? My bad.

I like it. Good job. SCP suggestions if this gets a sequel: 1. 035- The possessive mask: When placed on an individual, they begin to transform into a dragon, believed to be the masks original body. 2. Scp 087- The stairwell: An beast of unknown shape that dwellings at the darkness depths of a dungeon. It absorbs light and spreads darkness, able to dim and brighten its body at will. Only once has it ever shown the knights it’s full body, when it was cross tested with another dragon. (087 has never been cross tested in the SCP wiki, so, go wild. Maybe the next dragon is one canonical neutralize by the foundation that you can rewrite to have been killed by 087.) 3. Scp 939- With Many Voices: A species of dragon hunted by the knights that is believed to have been created by one of their groups of interest, or in your dragon world, by a rival kingdom. 4. Scp 4217- Containing Bismarck: A ship infused with the body of a dead draconic cephalopod. It’s crew is long dead but the creature is still alive and in control of the boat. I got some ideas for more legendary warriors like Cinderella with crystal armor, Hansel & Gretel, Puss in Boots, Rapunzel with well rapunzel and a thief, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, The Ugly Duckling a young duck who was a mighty humanoid swan, Baba Yaga and Vasilia the Brave, Beauty and the Beast with Bell and the Beast fighting a villain named Gaston, Aladdin with Aladdin finding a magic lamp and the Genie granted him power to use lamp as a weapon to stop a Wizard named Jafaar, Frozen with Elsa as a Ice warrior, Ariel who was a woman that was friends with sea creatures and fought to defeat an evil sea witch, Mulan who is friends with a small chinese dragon, the Three little pigs who built strongholds to keep away a werewolf or helps Lilith the Red cure the werewolves by building prisons for the werewolves, I know the Rise of the Guardians is basically what I’m suggesting but why not turn Santa Claus into a Legendary Warrior with his army of elves, the Easter Bunny with his eggs as well dragon eggs, Mother Nature using her abilities like Jack the Stalk Slayer but beyond, Tooth Fairy turning teeth into weapons by Vasilia Kuznet, Father Time have a sort of time related armor heck maybe have Vasilia and Benny mech a Magic-Mech armor for the current Father Time, Sandman with a sandy armor, Jack Frost with a icy armor, and the Boogey Man for well just because. You could turn the characters from Lego Chima with the different tribes Lion, Eagle, Crocodile, Gorilla, Wolf, Bat, etc. You could turn the other Toa into legendary warriors include the characters from Lego Bionicle: The Journey to One characters like Umarak turning him into 2 different armors his hunter form and Makuta’s servant form into different armors, Ekimu, Kopaka, Gali, Pohatu, Lewa, Onua, Makuta, the elemental creatures from the elements, and other such Bionicle characters.

This was really fun to watch, I loved every second of it. I really hope we get horror icons as dragons to come back I think it’s a fun series that needs more attention, and here is my idea for that….. Spencis Charnas Origin After studying the Honey-Hook Wyvern, I end up seeing a couple of knights from the Las Angels Guard working on a quest about the death of a women who has connections to a specific person they were looking for which has a connection to these dragons I was studying. So I was lead to this carnival of carnage we’ll call it which had some of the dragons I talked about already like the Fanged Jester, the Scorched Nightmare, The October Slow Stalker, and the 4 other dragons that I mentioned already. It made me remember the times I went to the kingdom where Willis Afterian used his so called dragons as attractions which is now a different kingdom entirely at this point and the kingdom has been destroyed by the time I’m telling you about him. But I also saw and interview the owner of this place and his name was Spencis Charnas. He was wearing a suit that resembled half of a Scorched Nightmare and a Crystal Lake Camp Stalker with half of his face (well 25% of his face) covered with the fake skull of one of these dragons. But he also was holding a cane with a skull on top of the handle and wore (just for show) a bladed glove which represented the right hand of a scorched nightmare. He told me that he was really fascinated about these dragons sense he was little when he encountered the same exact October Slow Stalker that I studied that was caged here, which he said inspired someone to kill his sister, her friends, and even his parents which he ended up killing him in self defense but also he was a kid at the time and I don’t know if a kid could kill a full grown adult. Then he told me other things about him like he is the leader of a traveling folk story group that tells tales of these dragons. But when he said that I did see when studying the Crystal Lake Camp Stalker that there were these lines of their little tale in the area which said… "He Drowned in all our sins He drowned in our mistakes Fueled by the flood, we pay in blood The curse of Crystal Lake" And then I forgot about when I studied the Honey-Hook Wyvern I saw these lines which read…. "Left to die under the sun The hive never spared anyone How 'bout the hand for the honey bees Hooked on the creed of their colony" The most messed up part about the writing is that they were written in the blood of the dead bodies that were at the area where they were written. Also Spencis told me about this place’s history and the dragons that he really wants in here and he even gave me the privilege to study them after hours when the place closes since he knew I was the Overseer of this world and knew how much I liked studying mythical beast, he would even asked me to create more of these types of dragons if I wanted too. Then I asked him the big question that I think he knew I was gonna ask which was…. Why is the Las Angels Guard after you? He told me more about his past where he was connected with the case of the death of Elias Black who was the alchemist who would help Spencis with his nightmares while he was traveling with his group which he told me that the fanged jester that was caged here, which I remembered that I studied that exact same fanged jester tortured Elias and killed him and now he is connected to the death of the women that I heard about which turned out is his Fiancé and the Las Angels leader Captain Harris isn’t stopping until he is behind bars. But Spencis told me that he knows who really killed her and he won’t stop until the real killer pays for what he has done. But then I shook his hand and then left after talking to him and he even asked me if I was coming to opening night of the carnival and I told him yes and he told me these four words that I won’t forget "Sometimes…. Dead is Better." Which ended up gave me a shiver that went down my spine for some reason. Then the big night came and Spencis Sang one of his songs with his group which was the Anthem to this place. Then Spencis say these three words that would end up sticking with me every time I go to this place no matter if this place is opened or not which were… Welcome to Horrorwood!!! For context, the character Spencis Charnas is based off of Ice Nine Kills Frontman Spencer Charnas who has made horror movie themed metal albums and I turned him into a ringmaster and owner of a freak show like carnival were these dragons are now going to be residing. The Honey-Hooked Wyvern is based off of Candyman and the Crystal Lake Camp Stalker is based off of Jason Voorhees. But overall what do you think? Also can we get an episode like taking anime characters and putting them in the world of Persona (specifically the 5th one) or just a straight up Persona episode? Also I want to know where I can send you this origin story for you so you can use it because I really want to let you use it? If that’s all right with you.

Remember when had the Greek gods return well you could redesign other Greek gods into the modern era, the Norse Gods like well it would be basically being redesigning the Asgardians from marvel, the Egyptian gods into the modern era, Hindu gods into a modern era, Aztec gods into the modern era, Celtic Gods into the modern era, Japanese gods into the modern era, Mayan gods into the modern era, Chinese gods into the modern era, and the Babylonian gods into the modern era. You could turn Vegeta, Frieza, Cell, Broly from Dragon Ball Z into dragons, Danny Phantom into a dragon, Spider man villains into dragons and I know you kinda did that 5 months ago but maybe as species native to Tayrun’s world, turn Swampfire from Ben 10 and make the Swampfire dragon have fire come out of its paws like the Explosive Cannonclaw and Explosive Terrorclaw, and Batman villains as dragons. Well you could turn Jojo stands into dragons from the D&D universe since Jojo Bizarre adventure is beyond magical for Tayrun's world so pull a trick from when you turned Doctor Strange into a dragon. So this is if Godzilla was in a Jojo Bizarre adventure or a Jojo Bizarre adventure mixed with Godzilla. If you ever thought of doing a Suicide Squad as dragons it would be cool to see Deadshot as a dragon with fire coming out of its wrist, El diablo dragon cuz Tayrun would be shocked that a dragon can turn into a skeletal fiery demon thing, Killer croc as a dragon, King Shark as a dragon, Captain Boomerang as a dragon, and a Harley Quinn dragon.

Hey Popcross, I have some ideas for stuff you can turn into Fantasy Armors. Some are artifacts, some are elements, and some are both. Hope you like the ideas and decide to do it! Indiana Jones - Ark of the Covenant, the Crystal Skull, and those things from Temple of Doom that I can't remember the name of at the moment Star Wars - Kyber Crystals and Holocrons Assassin's Creed - Apple of Eden Pokemon - Z-Crystals and Mega Stones Gravity Falls - that crystal that can grow and shrink things when light passes through it Ninjago - the elemental weapons that the main four use (btw I'm suggesting to use all of them in one armor) Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit - the rings, of course. I'm pretty there's like a bunch of them with a few different abilities. (I'm not exactly an expert on LoTR and Hobbit lore)

I figure this is the perfect video to mention that we need another round of SCPs as Superheroes/Supervillains, as you have mentioned the SCP-076-inspired supervillain Abel-Blade, but not drawn him. I also figure that you could easily turn 054 or 066 into an anti-hero who used to be quite pleasant, but turned violent after Foundation experiments. 722 would also potentially be quite cool as a force-of-nature type hero/villain from the distant past, frozen for millennia in a remote glacier, and who has an even more powerful state that his normal one, but activating it destabilises reality itself (The last bit is Ouroboros lore).

Great work as always, with both the designs and the lore. If you plan on doing more here are a few possible ideas: -SCP 610, probably a mutated dragon of flesh made by a sarkites -SCP 4975, a inperceptible dragon that silently stalks its prey -SCP 1762, since the lore behind this would def be a tearjerker -any of the little misters, cause all would be interesting as dragons, plus the idea of wondertainment being toymaker/dragoncrafter would be interesting

Could you do a social anxieties as demons episode? For example things like making eye contact, talking to strangers, dancing, etc. I had an idea for dance demon who either lures or forces people into dance offs to the death. People have an anxiety of dancing because the idea of being publicly humiliated. Another reason some people hate dancing is the idea of having get close to or physically touch other people, so I figured this demons finishing move could be to split its front open and rap around their prey like a living Iron Maiden torture device.

Hi PopCross Studios! I'm happy to say that it was worth waiting for this SCP dragon video, because all the anomalous dragons you drew in the video looked amazing and horrifying! Especially the Hanged King's Tragedy dragon. It was really clever turning the entity that embodies the cursed play into a pterodactyl-esque dragon (spiky hair = pointy head). Being wrapped in bandages with exposed areas of raw flesh made it look eerie (like a mummy dragon), and having the dragon rest on its disjointed wing limbs also added to the unsettling image (it's clear that you drew inspiration from the depiction of pterodactyls on Prehistoric Planet for this dragon, and it really helped your piece). Not to mention incorporating the worn-down theatre and pools of blood near its body; also some nice details. PLEASE do a sequel to this episode. You could turn SCP-953 into a dragon similar to the Naruto dragon: the Polymorphic Predatory Vixen, a fox-like dragon that utilises pheromones to entice its victims and devour their livers, can change into a humanoid form (but can't hide its serpentine/fox features), has a preference for the finer things in life (plum wine, fancy jewellery, etc.), and is absolutely PETRIFIED by dogs or any canine-related species.
