I like this as in Far from Home, Strange was surprised as Peter was doing things he did not thing was possible, such as his body moving to protect itself when his astral form was popped out and Peter getting back into the body with no help and how he took to the mirror dimension and Strange's portal ring like they were nothing . In this scenario I suspect that Peter's arm might even slowly regenerate over time (some arachnids are know to regrow lost legs), nothing like wolverine of course but ... My only disagreement is the Mysterio would not occur as they were trying to take control of what Stark developed and Stark would never have given anything to Peter to control. He more likely would fund Peter and his studies and encourge deep education as his arm regrew. And so years later the world has the Iron Spider with the abilities of Spiderman, the tech of Stark, and brains rivaling Stark and Richards.

despite his story arc not being anywhere near to concluding, the gauntlet would effectively kill him he’s wearing armor just like Tony, yes, but the armor isn’t as thick or heavy as Tony’s so it’d offer less protection. He does have a healing factor (from the 1610 comics at least) but it’s incredibly minor when in comparison to other heroes

I'm not so sure, even if Peter had regenerative abilities he's still new to being the arachnid hero and still has a young body, his spider sense could also be one of the reasons why he didn't snap (or Peter doesn't know how to use it)

i think he would somewhat be alive just because unlike ironman peter can take abit more like we saw with the hulk(even tho he was "made" for it) i think spiderman would actually survive this he has a healing factor(confirmed by marvel but i think its a weak one like 2.5x stronger then normal humans since he has had injuries that last in the mcu)and durability and he can take alotta damage before he goes down so id say he might be able to handle the snap as its not a very powerful snap unlike hulks
