Steph becomes a slightly better version of his dad in the 90s. All Korzemba says is that all of today's great players would still be great in the 90s. Didn't you see how today's greats fared in the physical defense of international play? Even Damian Lillard said it was tougher to score in the Olympics. Lillard was afraid to go inside after getting his shot blocked and just settled for jump shots, which was why Dame shot 38% FG and 34% 3FG in the Olympics. When Curry played in the 2014 FIBA World Cup, he shot 34.8% on 2 pt shots because, again they crowded the paint and bodied Steph up. Curry shot 40.8% overall because he still hit 44% from 3FG. And these were against mostly lesser defenders using that style. If the great 7 footers and 90s defenses of the NBA used the physical bruising style, it would be a different story. Because handchecking doesn't let offensive players reset as Kenny Smith explained. And you can also feel which direction an offensive player might be going. You can't do that in today's NBA>
