If sun turns into Black hole, it will be a tiny black hole and the affects of gravity outside the original radius wouldn’t change at all only the space which was inside the original sphere would change. We wouldn’t even feel any change in the gravity. Any amount of mass can be changed into a black hole for example Earth, you would just find a way to compress Earth to a tiny point and you get a black hole

@@WhatIFinsights_ if the sun turned into a black hole it would have the same mass (or less) , stars that turn into black hole do not magically gain mass. And even if you magically conjured a massive black hole 100 times the mass of the sun out of thin air, just our immediate neighborhood would notice, the galaxy as a whole wouldn't care at all, as it already contains plenty of black holes.

@Dafuq_404idk why people think its a vacuum, literally its just gravity bending space at a very extreme point that light cant even escape. It still has the same mass as the star it was created from but can grow if u start giving it mass.

if the mass of the black hole is the same as that of the sun, then its radius is a little less than 2 miles and here would be another ice. absolutely nothing would happen to the orbit
