I don't think Human Demon hybrids could exist, as in the Demon Slayer story, human has no demon blood, and demon has demon blood, if you want a hybrid between the two, they both need no demon blood and demon blood.

Honestly would have preffered the ending where DKT pushes Muzan away and becomes a good demon. Would have still been the "happy ending" but it would have been much more interesting
