I have never seen the soviets win in a hearts of iron 4 time-lapse after losing 70 million troops never and I have watched 100s of these timelaspes this might be the first one they actually lost that many and won hearts of iron 4 time lapse history has been made

Soviets had more than enough time to properly industrialize and get rid of army debuffs while US kept them afloat with constant lend-leaze and even then Russia lost 70 millions to central powers and US 15 millions (While Germany 25 and Italy 20,5... Although we don't know Austria-Hungary casualties in the end it fared extremely well all things considered.). Still, Finland is too much OP for it's size.

I agree. The Ottomans would have complicated things for Russia on the Southern flank. The Ottoman Empire should have been established beforehand & restored.
