Having watched my share of disaster documentaries, the very sad truth is the Evans would have probably been fined some ridiculously small amount and left to go about their business. The Legion would also have some members being tried as juveniles vs as adults, depending on how hard the prosecutors are pushing for adult sentences. Under the Canadian Young Offenders, they would be eligible for lesser sentences unless a good case is made for them to be tried as adults.

Honestly, I want to see how Twins, Plague, Nurse, Ghost-Face (since Danny is his own version), Trickster, and/or Spirit would get sentenced. Out of all of them, I think Spirit should only be required to have both psychical and psychological therapy. Twins should get a way lessened sentence though due to basically only having the motive of survival and extreme PTSD. Through, I doubt the Doctor would get any prison time (since he's working for the government).

I don't see why he'd be charged tbh. He had no way of reasonably knowing people were in the cars. He was doing his job properly too, so it wasn't negligence on his end, he just couldn't account for the fact that his boss had a secret side business lol. Murdering his boss in a fit of rage is a bit more illegal, but considering the circumstances, he could probably get off under a sympathetic jury, or claim self defense or something.
