But what if these two regions went to war? The new world contains countries such as the United States, Brazil, and Argentina. The old war has many powerful countries, such as Russia, China, India, the UK, France, Germany, and much more. When put up against each other, the old war has a very obvious advantage, but how long could the new world last in a mapped-out war? I don't think many of these landings would happen because modern-day landings would be absurdly costly because the enemy will always know where you are going to land because of satellites so the enemy can send way more troops and equipment, set up naval mines, and reinforce the existing defenses to be basically impenetrable in some cases. So most of the landings in this video would not happen and the old world would probably focus particularly hard on 1 or maybe 2 landings in the Americas at least that's what i thin. But still a good video.

Hard to say because you need 20 or so soldiers per 100,000 civilians and that adds up to very many soldiers. Add terrain and bad weather, it could take a while, but yes, China and India's armies even alone are stronger

that frozen tundra you were talking about is Ellesmere Island. It is survivable but it is too cold. It has a low population of 146 but it has a beutiful scenery of ice glaciers. You just need like to wear warm clothes and have a heater on nearly every hour. It is way too harsh but I do know that some soldiers would attempt to make a landing there because some soldiers don't even care about their lives

2:45 actually the largest naval battle both in terms of ships and manpower happened over 2250 and 2500 years ago with the battle of Cape Ecnomus having roughly 300,000 soldiers and the battle of Salamis having 1,271 ships participate. Only thing the US and Japan have is the largest battle by displacement aka weight of the ships. Also their is allegedly the Chinese battle of Poyang that had more participants than the Battle of Cape Ecnomus however according to the sources of the battle it would mean each ship had roughly 6,500 crew which is widely considered by historians to be greatly exaggerated. Cape Ecnomus however is widely regarded as being accurately recorded by sources.
