No it’s not a thing for o-linemen, but I do believe if you have an already superstar dev and they win “Best OL”, or in the top 10 I think they will get upgraded to X-factor. But even if they get upgraded to x-factor you can’t use it and when you play in game it will just appear as a superstar.
