My dad used to say, “You were born! It’s all your fault!” I would have to apologize for being alive. It was the first message I got about my (lack of) worth, and it’s been a hard one to unlearn. I spent many years trying to figure out what was “wrong” with me so I could fix it and become acceptable. I didn’t realize then that it was a game I could never win because HE made the rules. There was nothing I could have done to change them. I am learning differently now. 🙂

Thank you, Michael. I'm not in the program, though I've done several with you, and I am one of your Genius Catalyst members - the sheer amount of stuff you share with people for free is amazing. Your passion is appreciated. Waaay back in 2008 after a rather dramatic life change for me, your work caused me to do a real head twist, a seriously real head twist - growing up with some of this stuff, your perspective is so unique and so helpful - and I continue to benefit from what you refer to as 'the conversation'. Mavis is one of my favorites, love her book. I so appreciate all you do, and thank you for the ways you have helped me personally. Shaking your hand way back when was the completion of a circle, and I, and we, continue. Sending all my love to you and yours.

Thank you Michael. Wow, just imagined if we were all raised to believe that there is nothing inherently wrong with us! What a different kind of world we might be living in. All those years, we believed we are not ok....love your animation online and kind and compassionate delivery.

Michael. I assume this vid is routed to me bcz the algorithm sees me searching for solutions. Thanks for your video. I suppose if this msg was internalized by most, then entire industries would collapse...no more self help gurus, no more life coaching, no more therapists...lol. I am bejng extreme, maybe, but I can't see a large # of ppl letting go of all we have leaned on for 50 years. Still, it's worth a shot

The video is about the idea that there is nothing wrong with you. The speaker, Michael Neill, discusses how he came to this realization and how it has changed his life. He also talks about how this idea can help others to wake up to happiness.
