Honestly the concept of Clone Pokémon is so compelling I'm baffled Gamefreak hasn't revisited for new Legendaries. If only the Let's Go games have been full sequels instead of non-sensical remakes.

Archaos and Mewthree are probably some of my favourites from this that I wished were actual Pokemon. Could easily imagine them being unlock during some cataclysmic event happening on the Pokemon world!

Mewthree appeared briefly in the original comics. Blue injected the cells left over from the Mew/Mewtwo experiment into his Cleffable to finally crush Red. It really didn't work well let's just say the Cleffable mutated but didn't really gain any new powers. It also never appeared after that episode as far as I'm aware hinting that it died from the mutations.

I have always had an idea for some clone Pokémon! Tying back to Mewtwos origin! Basically 4 goopy monster’s similar to Ditto, one being like Charizard another like Venusaur and another like Blastoise. And then the Final one resembles a small girl. (If you watched the Mewtwo origin short you probably know who these Pokémon represent)

It was Cipher that turned Lugia into Shadow Lugia, not Team Snagem. Team Snagem only steals Pokemon. And while Team Snagem did initially work for Cipher, not only was it just stealing Pokemon for Cipher to turn into Shadow Pokemon, they had already cut ties with Cipher before the events of Gale of Darkness, the game Shadow Lugia was introduced in (not that that matters in this context because they weren't the ones turning Pokemon into Shadow Pokemon in the first place).

I feel like the concept of cloned mons could have the added use of increasing the levels from the normal variants. so for ex, if lugia is lvl 70, twogia would be like 90 instead. they are meant to be stronger versions of the normal ones, no? or arceus at 80, and Archaos being the max lvl 100.

why psychic electric? either go steel electric or cold electric. steel cause steel is a very good conductor, cold cause of supra conductors. regarding the nidokin nidoqueen pokemon, why go stripes? it makes it look like it just got put together by an algorithm. since you said you wanted it to be super agressive, why not mix those colors in a camouflage military style pattern? and since they are leaned on the rhinocerus theme, why not make it so that the genes of both genders combined reactivate the primal genese giving it a bigger horn and maybe even reverting it to walk on all fours? i like the lugia style. although i never was a fan of lugia beeing flying psychic while living in the water. it never looked like it was either good at flying nor good at swimming. and the psychic type also didnt make sense. so i would say lean into either it beeing a great flyer or a great swimmer. i like mewthree
