Thrawn being a sith lord would make Palpatine second folly and Vader as an amateur who is a lackey of a shell of a man. I was expecting Thrawn to be corrupted due to the dark side, but he stayed true to his own code and was able to rule the galaxy as Emperor without being malice or power hungry. Now that an empire would be better than Sidious or even Vader, for they have tendencies to be self-destructive and cruel but Thrawn? He cares about the well-being of the citizens and rules justly as an exemplary ruler. What I love about this video is that you put Exgeol and the Sith Eternal, which is an excellent touch for change. If you're interested, I have some other what-if ideas for future videos, but this is a fantastic what-if video, Mr. Pente Patrol. Please keep up the excellent work, and may the force be with you!

As a sith lord, Thrawn would probably act more like Darth Marr than any sith of the rule of two era. Marr's mindset and values actually aligned perfectly with chiss culture. As defacto ruler of the sith empire in emperor vitiate's absence, he was a rare example of a sith ruler who firmly believed that his duty surpassed everything, even his own self interest.

I'm interested in the first one. Really wonder what the old republic sith would be like for villains in the movie. Each member of the Sith Triumphant would be amazing to see on the screen, and someone as powerful as Tenebrae on the big screen would be amazing. Nilhius really interests me though considering I just can't see how he could be beaten without someone like The Exile, which was the only person with the ability to defeat him.

The Rule of Two had always been abolished during the Clone Wars. Palpatine respected Bane yes, but he was never fond of an apprentice overthrowing the master so he'd teach and give the apprentice little training but knowledge but wouldn't give his knowledge to most of his apprentices except for Dooku and Vader. He had all the power to himself yet would always use his apprentices as toys to play with and throw away. And technically it was Palpatine that created the rule of 1 but still valued every apprentice he had.

Timothy Zahn who wrote Thrawn and the Chiss Ascendancy according to him Thrawn’s major inspiration is Napoleon, Erwin Rommel, Alexander the Great and everybody’s number one favourite detective Sherlock Holmes to create the Thrawn character that we all know today thanks to the Legends community and Cannon Community.

I'm at time point 24:23 and this feels like a combination of cool what if concepts. You just did What if Anakin had a twin sister, combine that with What if Anakin was raised/trained by Plagueis, and What if Anakin was born as a Chiss and had the brilliant strategical mind of Thrawn, or more accurately What if Thrawn was the chosen one with a twin sister and they were trained by Plagueis. I am not well versed on Thrawn's character and whether he had a sister or not, or if that was something you added, but regardless I like the concept.

Actually this suggestion kinda makes sense considering yesterday’s video What if Kanan Jarrus Learned and Used Form 7 Vaapad from his master, Depa Billaba who in turn learned it from her own master and the one who developed the Variation, Mace Windu? I mean it makes some sense that Being essentially in Windu’s lineage, Kanan could’ve had the possibility to learn Vaapad, either from his own master or his … Grand-master? (If we picture master Padawan lineages as families Windu was Depa’s master as Depa was Kanan’s master, essentially making Windu like a Grandfather to Kanan.) And there could be areas in Star Wars Rebels where his use of Vaapad could’ve saved him ALOT of trouble.

Vaapad is a unique lightsaber form as unlike the others its to put it simply a game of chicken with ones own darkness. And honestly Kanan doesn't really have that. Yes against dark side users it is powerful however one must have their own connection to the darkness to use it. It's the reason why Depa favored form 3 over 7 and taught that to her student.

It would mean Kanan would struggle with the dark side his entire life, just like Mace (which explains why Mace was such a jackass). Vaapad requires you to channel the dark side into yourself, but then immediately expell it into your lightsaber strikes. But it requires for you to have a connection to the dark side for it to work. Most Jedi dont have a strong enough connection for this to work and not backfire. Tl;dr Kanan would have an even harder time with the dark side than Ezra ever did

my god this story is brilliant. it's like the anti-christ version of luke and leya had they been raised by yoda from birth. In fact that would be a fascinating saga. If everything happened the same till the end of Ep.3, save for yoda taking the twins with him to degaba and then training them for 20 years, but then the skywalker twins eventually having to face the chiss twins.

Now do the reverse Thrawn is a powerful force sensitive and Skywalker for the Chiss. And he is found and trained by a Knight/Master that went to the Unknown Regions. Maybe Jedi Master Fey or even Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-wan when they were younger and Starting out as a team. Thrawn is already a bit older than Anakin and likely Obi-Wan. Chiss live much longer than normal humans and develop mentally faster as well. So a Thrawn that is powerful and already with a baseline personality and training being made to cross path with the Jedi to learn from them and incorporate their power and knowledge. I could see Thrawn making his own faction of Jedi becoming the new version of the Jedi Lords. Actually going out and doing shit even if it is mostly in the Unknown Regions until he makes contact with the Republic or Empire again.

Ok he can use the Force. However can he use the SCHWARTZ? Oh and the Chiss navigators weren't used because of lack of technology. It was because the Chiss liked to have an advantage at all times. The navigators could detect hidden dangers that even the best sensors could detect. The Jedi could do this as well for the Republic.
